So far this exchange has been good and fast. As far as features go, I love some of Coinex's automatic price and market updating features.  Clicking on prices to autofill exchange price is also nice. However Coinex's site must be tested on overclocked desktop i7s because it runs like a dog on my i5 laptop.  I ask if you add more advanced features (and I hope you do!) that they be efficient and fast. Thanks for the great exchange.
We will be implementing realtime UI updates via Socket.IO (Websockets with XHR/JSON-P fallbacks) in the near future. It's gonna rock!

We will always maintain good performance levels.

What kind of transaction is this? If its BTC, then its not broadcasted by your wallet (it does not exist on the network according to blockchain.info).

WHY does the site add a really new coin (reddcoin) (practically 1 day after the launch )...

why not add NYAN to your site?
you got a lot of request for that coin on your request page...

Hello, I haven't recieved my withdrawal confirmation e-mail.

"intertangled" intertangled at gmail.com

Any chance of this being fixed soon?

Any response at all would be nice.
(And since you're going to ask; yes, I've checked my spam/trash/whatever folder. I never got an e-mail.)

how is this possible???

It is the fraction of a coin that didn't get sold and for some reason the site is rounding it down to zero. It will be fixed soon.
So its a display error in short Smiley

Please manually push my withdrawal through. No conf email, as always...

5000 Noble
User: deep
To: 9W8BMoJYrYAoHMkwHCJmr8LWVmGJdFR93s

Thank you.
Stop using this account, create one that works, we are in beta and you know that you cant get any emails, so why this extra pressure on support?

Yes, I know. I made the mistake of accidentally giving this coinmarket address to someone instead of my regular wallet. Hopefully you can push this one out one last time. This will be the last time I use the deep acct. I've already set up a new one with a gmail. Apologies again.

Btw left you a good review on the RDD thread Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=423597.msg4903464#msg4903464

Pls push the 5000 Noble to my wallet, still stuck on the site. Then never using this acct again with Yahoo address, as no emails arrive. Again, sorry to trouble you. Assuming Yahoo has you on a blacklist or something, seems to be a common problem.

90 + pages of thread and i should read them all... How bout the last few where every other post was complaints about missing coins and ignored email/tickets...glad you got it sorted...but what happens to the fractions of coins that are rounded to zero?

Karmala: Withdraw request confirmed! Transaction sent.

03041988: Please provide transaction ID (you can PM us)

AngusCanine: you should read all the posts in this thread

Vilv: we are looking into it, you dont have to post it several times (you should read the Terms of Service and relax)
If there really is a problem with your balance, its gonna take some time to check properly (and reverse a buggy transaction)
(again, no guaratnees of any kind are provided by CoinMarket.io since day 1)

rurki: with this kind of explosive support volume, it is easy to miss some support requests, looking for your problem now
Edit: we have manually confirmed both your withdrawal requests, sorry for the delay.
If possible, please craete another account with a gmail address (until we confirm that no email providers have issues with us)

PS: CoinMarket.io has probably the best support you can find on *ANY* exchange.

I noticed the 0kdc bug as well but someone posted it first ;p

Also, seems that the buttons are being positioned in a weird way. I dont know if its intended but if they dont fit in 1 row, another row should be created and filled first, instead of creating a new row per button.

It is just a display error from what information i have gathered, so there is in fact some 0.000something coin for sale, it just shows it as 0, so someone has to buy that 0.000something coin and its gone.
The fraction is there and for sale, and can be bougth. Just shows as 0. Cosmetic issue, but will be fixed.
