I will take another option to reduce losses and I've experienced it panicked when the market is falling but not following others selling it cheap and buying at a high price it is obviously very wrong, so I prefer taking another option of buying some very strong altcoins when the market grows up

In trading I often experience panic because it is natural and I do not want to wait until the price returns from the purchase price, often the panic leads to losses for me, the first time trading, because panic I sell my preferred coin and not too long the price soared and it I assume a loss does not try to keep it from a very cheap price, the panic is very dangerous for the assets we have, will lead to losses, everything must be a loss then it is a lesson to be better again in trading. It isn't sound weird if someone has panicking with the market. It's a phenomenal feeling that everyone who's new in the market.
Even the old ones are also feeling in panicked when they can't take the dips any longer.
There's no good decision if someone is in panic and it can only bring bad decision, I've been into it can't say if its many or few times but I say I've been there.

Yes,

I wouldn't say i panicked, but i totally made the wrong call. This was a month or so back when the OCN (Odyssey) airdrop that was supposed to be 1:1, but it turned out it was some utility token that would be used in the future when they broke away from Tron block-chain. I believed no one would shoot themselves in the foot by not living up the hype and rumors (or at least they would set the record straight and shut down the rumor mill). I was 2x up by the time the announcement was made, and instead of selling my profit before/keeping my principle i, i decided to HODL because i thought I may need a minimum for snapshot. So, the announcement drops, and it was not what the community expected.  I panicked and instead of selling when the whales repumped after it dumped, i sold after it dropped back down again because my timing was totally off, and i was running on panic and fear. I lost lots of money, but i learned a valuable lesson always sell the news and always try to think with a clear head. Do not gamble. Always have a set number where you sell and always take profit at 1.5x to 2x.

Decisions that made in panic mostly always are wrong, when I was younger I made many of them, now I think that morning is smarter than evening

All crypto users who are active in the market to make trades have been ascertained to have experienced a panic may even be heavier than that is loss. Panic is a natural thing when we enter the market and make an investment, the panic is present due to price movements that are far from the previous estimate.

I usually not looking at the market during dump, for me not to panic easily because I know it can recover. If you panic so many times then learn to control your emotion, yeah its really hard to make decision during bear market because the prices are dumping so fast but you have to focus and don't make any decision that is baseless, don't depend your future on your emotion.

Have you ever take wrong decision when you were panic. share your experience

When you feel that you begin to worry and panic - turn off the computer and go for a walk on the street, and stay there until you calm down. Better yet, exercise.

You can not panic, because the coins will soon rise anyway, so it would not be worthwhile to do such drastic movements!

I really appreciate those people who used correct and logical thinking in decision making, because in making decisions you not make  it when in panic, deep sorrows, and excited because that's only a temporary feelings that will  just lost when time passes by and might would make you regret after.

For the newcomers, panic selling is most likely to happen on their investment since they were thinking that during bear market, it will continue to go down and feeling that no assurance for it to recover. In my case, I had experience several months ago where I really wanted to trade my token since market was not good during that time and later after several weeks it was traded, the price value of the token had risen. I then realized that we should have to be patient in dealing such case. The best thing to do rather is just to wait for the right opportunity and do not do any decision that is driven by our emotion which will led to a wrong decision.

Yes, perhaps by always thinking positively about the market recovery can make a little sense of panic to be lost. In addition, by not always monitoring the market price will reduce the panic as well. Panic is natural because we are afraid of losing all the assets we have, but making a decision in a panic state is a big mistake. Decision-making should be based on normal emotions and on a solid foundation.

When i received my first reward in joining bounty then i see the price in exchange that slowly falling down i felt worried that's why i panic sell my tokens. Then after a month i saw the price of my token that keep on increasing i felt regret. If I didn't sold before maybe i earn too much from my hard work. What happened on my tokens is a lesson for me to learn not to panic selling when you see market down and coins price decreasing because after falling of market and all the coins it will rise and increase.

Here if you have a depressed emotional state from the drawdown of the crypto currency, then this is normal, because it is caused more than once by the worked-out scheme. In this state for a long time is impossible, sooner or later you give up and sell in the negative. Shift the focus from the fact that the rate falls on the earning opportunities that the market now opens up for us. Smiley

Panic is normal, because we are all afraid of being damaged by property. Since this year's market is very unstable, I am basically trading every day. I have abandoned the strategy of long-term trading because short-term trading allows me to do when the market changes the fastest choice!
