Yes,its common. Once I earnd some token from bounty and tried to hold.But after one week it lost its 50% price.Then I just sold them.

Yes, I had taken a decision in panic. I sold my holding when the prices we falling down heavily. I feared that it might fall more so I sold it out of panic. But after that the price of that cryptocurrency rose high and if I had not sold my investment I would have earned 10k USD. I guess panic selling is something which many or all investors experience once. This is a common experience but this has taught me how to have some patience and act smartly.

Panic is everywhere, if you don't control your patience then you will definitely take any wrong decision. I can share one of my experience.  Almost 6 months ago I got 222222 Hydro tokens from airdrop & waiting for a good price. After waiting 2 months or more days prices are not increase according to my demand. Then I done my biggest mistake in my life. I take a decision in panic to sell all of my Hydro tokens just for 10 satoshi. After few days Hydro price reached almost 200 satoshi, what a mistake  .

A few times I experience a failure when performing trade crypto because I sell when prices are condition red. This I did because I need the cash to buy basic necessities. Although it happened I kept trying and eventually, I can get a benefit and at least it has been restoring my losses.
