yes, i have panic selling when I'm the first time to do a trade especially when the market is fall. and it's really a big mistake which i do. cause i almost lose all my money from that. then after a few months, the market recover even have a fantastic rise, i really regret at that time.

I also experienced panic selling before,I know it's good to hold that token but when the price drop i sell it in a cheap price,but I blame my self because the token price now is increased significantly,and now I learned from my experience if I have a potential token that is good to hold I will wait patiently until it reaches the right price.
