Decision in panic!

Most of the people here will tell you to HODL, but the truth is that in a lot of cases one has to sell their coins, in a LOT if times i have not sold my coins and i have lost a ton of money.
I have lost at least 7000$ by not selling when my coins was in hype , looking back to it now , i dont know what I was thinking at the time. Stupid of me.

When the panic tries to catch me, I do not listen to it. Because every decision in panic will definitely make you to loose something. And when you will find out this fact, it will be the strong regret. So I have no such examples, lucky I am, but it does not mean that I am ideal. but if you think like that you don't have the capacity to research deeper. because as far as the knowledge I can have cutlose time if trading with a strong reason that the price of coins can dump further. if you always hold for a long time when investing, is that not detrimental to your time ??
