Actually it does matter because if someone uses 10 account he can post 500 posts instead of the real 50 posts week limit. That limit is there to prevents spamming (I think).
I can't find rule that would say it isn't allowed though.

And for those who are asking is there any spots left, yes there is.
And is there any spots left next friday/wednesday etc., no one knows but I think there will, because there is no limit set yet.

I do not think that's the problem, because people need to effectively advertise on the signature of a member with quality posts.
