I second that! I'd like to have all my e-mail communication with ANX encrytped with my OpenPGP key.
Umm... May I ask why you need this feature?

Because I like to use OpenPGP encryption for e-mails whenever possible. Unencrypted e-mails are like postcards, everybody in between can read, store and analyze them. Big Brother (NSA and the like) is always watching, and I don't like that!

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

A bit unsure of what you're talking about, to be honest. Do you mean that you will sign all of your messages, and that we should verify them?

You should encrypt all outgoing e-mails to me using my public OpenPGP key. As said, Kraken and Bitcoin.de are supporting this, and all I needed to do was inserting my public key in the account settings.

Having been referred to this project by a friend I can say I'm particularly impressed by the accessibility of this trading platform. Had no problems whatsoever and support resolved a problem with withdrawals (which was entirely my mistake) very quickly...

@OP can you confirm whether you'll be introducing some new features soon?

Thanks!

Yes, we have many features planned, such as other currencies, and additional features for our Debit Card.

Where can we obtain the fee schedule Huh

- How much do you mean by "High Volume". There should be definite guideline such as 100 BTC per recent 30 days.
- What about "Middle Volume" traders?
- I thought taker/market order starts from 0.6 % and maker starts from 0.3%. Is it right understanding?
Confusing point is that whichever taker or maker, fee indicates 0.3% as far as it is limit order.
- How can I obtain the estimated fee from API ?

Is there any reason you cannot disclose detailed fee table Huh

Thats what i see:

And you should know that in reality its not even close to that.

For regular users, orders are from 0.30%-0.60%. For high volume traders, we can offer them fees as low as 0.05%.

1) I can't tell you that, things are sorted on a case by case basis. Please email support@anxpro.com for that.
2) Refer to 1)
3) I'm not sure what you mean by that, but a market order has a 0.60% fee, regardless of buy and sell. Limit orders are always 0.30%, for both buy and sell.
4) You can't.

Fee structure is being calculated and made right now.

the support told me it is 100btc volume in 30 days. Don't know if it is different for every customer, can't imagine why.
And they are working on a fee structure, but it could take some month.
The support said:

That’s correct. Should you throughout any rolling one month period amount 100 BTC in trades, we will remove fees going forward. Fees incurred up until that point will not be refunded. If you continue to trade 100 BTC in the rolling 30 day period, you will remain on zero fees. As Patrick mentioned, we will be implementing tiered fees in the future so this offer will not last indefinitely however it is very likely that you will remain on this program for the next few months.

Yeah, that should be it.
We, ANXPRO, have to take a lot into account, such as salaries, and other expenses. We then need to calculate the fee tiers to see how much we would earn, in order to cover these expenses.
It isn't as simple as 1 + 1, and it will take some time for us to work everything out.

What if your limit price is equal to or above the ask to buy, or below the bid to sell just when you placed?

0.6 % ? 0.3 %? I guess it is 0.6% and does not depend on limit/market but maker/taker doesn't it?

Will be confused once the volume discount is applied.

1) Actually, it counts as a Limit Order, so it would be 0.3%.
2) For the volume discount, you'd have to read the above posts and email support@anxpro.com if you want it.

Oh is it? Then if you'd like to place a market order, placing in-the-money limit price, such as 999.99USD limit price for buy or  1.0 USD for sell is better than market order, right?

Is it applicable to API order too or from screen only? I reviewed my history and notice several orders have been charged 0.6 % even though I only placed limit order.

If API has different fee rule, please let us know.

Actually, yeah, since I tried it, and it works for me when placing a Limit Order at Market Price.
As far as I know, applicable to API too. If your Limit Order got charged 0.6%, please give me a screenshot.

I reconfirmed I was charged 0.6 % for API limit trade several times at least on Sept 2, though it might have been in the money trade. Although I'm ready to send the screenshot and account information via PM, but wait  Roll Eyes, could you identify you again?  Yes I know you are trustworthy "ANXBTC Trusted Forum Manager" and very helpful. But not official support, are you?

- Is your comment considered as official from ANX? i.e, should I ask for ANX official support with your quote?
- Can you escalate my question to the official team and make adjustment to my account if applicable?
- Why do you promote PRIMEDICE in your signature with ANXBTC Trusted Forum Manager title side by side?

Anyway, as you say " as far as I know" and I reconfirmed I was charged, I tested myself now for order from website, too.
...

Now I notice I was charged 0.6% for the LIMIT ORDER as a taker (buy limit price is equals to ask) from SCREEN, even though the fee rate on the screen indicates 0.3%  Angry Angry Angry

You say "since I tried it" but do you reconfirm with the transaction report with csv? If you just see on the screen fee rate indication, it is not the actual charge.

So my conclusion is the current behaviour is as same as my assumption and
0.6 % for market trade or limit trade as a taker
0.3 % for limit trade as a maker
It is applicable both for API and Website.  Is this correct? (I'm just asking to clarify) Wink

Can anyone deny my experiments?

Please forgive me I'm not against your support but, once again, ANX should clarify this fee schedule and disclose with transparency. Sad

Best,

First of all, sorry, we're working on the fee schedule and will release it ASAP :/.
And I sort of am a support that is on Bitcointalk and Reddit, and I am employed by ANX directly, so yeah, I am a support, I guess.
You'd have to reference this thread and email support@anxpro.com, since I don't have access to all the tools to help you, and the questions I answer are official responses, although there might be changes.
I am employed by ANXPRO, and I am on Stunna's PrimeDice Signature Campaign. The 2 businesses don't compete with each other, so there isn't any conflict with that.
Again, please email support@anxpro.com with this weird problem. I can't do much except escalate this for you on my side, but you should also open a ticket just in case. What's you ANXPRO email? PM it to me, then I can escalate it.

ANX review:

ANX Customer Support: From my experience, they are very friendly and responsive. I had quite a lot of questions before ordering the Debit Card and always received an friendly (and constructive) answer within 24 hours.

ANX Website: Well takes quite a bit of getting used to (at least for me), once you understand that ANXBTC.com, ANXPRO.com and anxinternational.com are all connected its quite easy to use.

ANX Trading experience: Overall the liquidity is rather good, trade engine is smooth and instant, Fees are OK but not that good (0.3% limit order, 0.6% market order), only bad thing is (IMO) that there is no way to see the exchanges trade history (personal history only is visible)

ANX DebitCard: It delivers what they promise, nothing more nothing less. If you are OK with the rather high fees (but that is quite normal with credit/debit cards) and the initial cost of ordering, then its a great thing. Personally though I find that ANX should be more open with the fees (as well as that there is a 3000$ annual limit ), that could be a bad surprise for those that did not do proper searching before ordering.

My experience with ANX and the Debit Card:

First of, over all I am very satisfied with ANX.
I opened an account at ANX and submitted my verification documents. Next day already I received an e-mail that my verification was excepted and that an validation code has been send via traditional post service to the address I submitted for verification. <<< Note: The account is not yet verified before you receive that code.
Even though I had not yet received the verification code I could already order the Debit card, which I did. As I live in South America and the Card is sent from Hong Kong, it took 3 weeks until I received it. Funny thing is, the verification code was sent from Brasil (neighboring country from where I live) but had not yet arrived when I received the Card.
I then sent ANX support a email with a picture of the card and the Letter and asked them to manually verified my account, which they agreed to and immediately verified my account.

Loading the card took an additional two business days, so its not instant as I had hoped for, but two business days isn't to bad.

Next day, after receiving confirmation that the card had been loaded, I made a test withdraw at a ATM and it worked flawless, no problem at all.

I'm sorry about that. I'd also like it to be enabled again, but unfortunately, due to some reasons I can't disclose, it has been disabled, alongside direct Australian Banking. It might be removed altogether, but I hope not, and we are discussing this.

Nice idea, we'll have a look into that.
ANXPRO supports EgoPay as an alternative payment method.
