I think, the price of bitcoin has an influence on the price of the altcoin, because I see that since the price of bitcoin goes down, almost all altcoins also have prices falling too

How strongly Altcoin value relate to bitcoin price. Can we know the condition of ETH/BTC ratio by analyzing BTC/USD value ?

Sure there's a connection between bitcoin and altcoins. It's a directly proportional relationship for bitcoin and altcoins so each of them affects each other but alts do affect bitcoin minimally. |
