Distribution through lotery should be fair no?

Not a bad plan.

Free lotto tickets, set jackpots for winners.

It isn't a terrible plan, but I can still see some degree of unfairness. Could end up being extremely labor intensive as well. BUT, it is a valid thought.

How many lottery tickets should each get, or would it be based on how many account you have created at bitcointalk?

Edit:
Still got nothing  Sad

100% premine sounds fair, count me in Cool
Wide-spreading will be the problem here, but which currency, crypto or real, is out there, where the upper 10% dont hold more than 50%?
OP needs to give out coins on twitter, fb etc, but has to watch out for newly registered users like here, too.
I would split the currency up in n parts and hand these out on different plattforms over a long period of time.

Not for anything, just for giveaways. I've been talking with guy, who made $2000 for month of begging in giveaway topics with multiple accounts.
Ignoring is not the way community should deal with this issue.

You could use a blockchain address and the minimum transaction amount needed and have people post their wallet address in the comments on the blockchain. No matter how much you send you get a set amount of coins based on the time of your transaction so sending more coins won't benefit anyone.
The first group of 50+ gets one amount, the second group gets a decreasing amount, the third group gets a smaller, etc.
Plus you could have bonus or lottery sends every 50 or 100 transactions.
The final amount in the wallet would be minimal and you could offer it as a bounty, etc. for development or promotion

Can't see what will stop me from sending 100 transactions from different addresses.

Proxylists, TOR, dynamic IP.

True. What about assigning your post #/forum name on here as well as the wallet address so that it can be referenced. Then you can verify the history of the poster?

Everything appears to be working - Wallets should definitely be able to be released within a couple hours.

You should start a forum, and all that wont's to join must must register there (Then you have a community from the start). It must be a forum where we can give ratings to the users. Then you have a post on bitcointalk, where all the users can verify their account. Then encourage all to check users, and give negative ratings to users who may be cheating. Users must have at least a given number of posts, and the must be serious post and not just a begging accounts. Then the community will, help you verify valid users Smiley

I should have mentioned that I WILL be adding nice TX fees to ever transaction for the giveaway, so there will be some incentive to mine.

....Just a heads up.

Depends on what you mean by "verify the history". Who will decide if user eligible for PMC or not?
We need some precise criterion.

Good to see somebody who can handle all binaries  Smiley
