So any word on what the problem was? was it a bug that will effect bitcoin as well in a few years? or was it a change made after the fork from bitcoin?
No, it was a bug of my own doing. I believe it is patched, and I'm testing it on an isolated blockchain. I believe everything is ok, But i want to mine more blocks on my testnet before I release the software. so everyones mined coins are deleted or something? how does it work exactly?

You need to understand that you have come to my "house", not the other way around. This place is https://bitcointalk.org and it used to be a place where people like me enjoyed participating in the movement but now it is becoming overcrowded with people who are 180 degrees different. "Your house"? This forum doesn't belong to you. Get over your ego. Please. For your own sake. This forum belongs to people like me who are quite close to removing altcoin section completely. So, for your own sake, if you think PMC is so valuable than it would be smart to move debate to PMC forum. If you don't do that, I will shit on this thread or any other in altcoin section for as long as I see fit. Too bad I'm not one of noobs that would fall for your "I care for PMC" craps, isn't it? Dude, you have a year and a half old account and you boast crap like this? Come on man, just shut up and go home. Save yourself the embarrassment, k?

All the coins from block 16000 on. These gave out rewards of 1000, which was uncalled for.

You need to create a text file called "premine.conf", fill it with the text listed in the original post (post #1 of this thread), and place it in the correct directory. For Windows 7/8 it is C:// > users > your user name > AppData > Roaming > Premine However, there is no point doing it right now. You will probably lose any coins that get sent there. Wait until the blockchain issues get fixed.

I am looking forward to the new wallet.
Oh, and by the way; I mined well over 5k during the bug, so my overall percentage of coins would have gone UP if we decided it was it was a good idea to keep them. If my motives were selfish I would want a bigger share wouldn't I?
The reason was that keeping those coins undermined everything Premine is about. Period. Having the coins in the hands of more dumpers and hoarders makes it that much harder to distrubute the coin. I have given away roughly 3k. Had 4k left to give away. Leaving myself exactly 5k.
Not because I want to see the coin in less hands. Just less hoarded. If you don't like the distribution model then Premine isn't for you.
Want to know the definition of unfair? Wanting to keep a bug where YOU benefit more from than anyone else.
I will be here when the hoarders and dumpers have been and gone. That is all I have to say on the matter now.

Windows - http://explorer.fellatioco.in/download/premine-0.8.8-win32.zip - If you are updating you will need to re-download the blockchain (or) -reindex
Start it from the command line with the -reindex flag. (or) BACK UP THESE FOLDERS someplace safe.%appdata%\Premine\blocks %appdata%\Premine\chainstate %appdata%\Premine\database Delete the following folders: %appdata%\Premine\blocks %appdata%\Premine\chainstate %appdata%\Premine\database Do not delete wallet.dat, or your coins go bye. Then start premineQT - the blockchain will re-download (this may take a time) Use This Sample premine.conf

forked client installed and mining
What is up with the warning message, is that client related, or did you sent that message out to the entire network using the alert key ?

ok, thanks 1Ec5XTmTU52eAu5SMRD7feqf9CK78ZQFbq 17682.58828377 PMC sent but most are valid (or all?) on second blockchain. Since I give up on PMC I'll send you 10k more later so you will get like 180 PMC valid on first blockchain sooner or later, way to become rich! Dude, you have a year and a half old account and you boast crap like this? Come on man, just shut up and go home. Save yourself the embarrassment, k?
Do not follow me and reply to my posts, braindead.

Wallet update running through smoothly, I guess the TX fee enforcement isn't implemented yet? Nevertheless, good work, thank you for your dedication towards this project.

Restart the wallet first, I had the same problem and it seemed to be cosmetic as the wallet estimated more blocks than there actually were
