Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies?

There are new projects coming up everyday, the only requirement is to carry out enough research that's all.  Don't be limited to the top 100 coins because they all started somewhere.

I'm not doing that if I know that it is really new, actually it is really risky specially if you don't feel that this crypto will have a potential in the future. That is why it is much better to do further research about the crypto that you want to invest with to know if it will have a future in the crypto. So better find out that first before anything else.

It is not risky to buy not top 100 crypto if they are new coins, like some weeks on months, because they will have potential for grow, but if its already old project with no luquidity then better not to buy

Yess, you don't know what's gonna happen next? Its more safe if you just buy top 5 or top 10 in the marketcap, those coin are more stable, and its more safe to investing for long term.

Well , of course , depending on what you buy , now there are good tokens that are not in the top 100, for example, the same shivom, but so far the capitalization is small but soon it will be in the top!

Risks are always there, even N 100 buying, but one thing is for sure that projects that are not from the TOP 100, can you at times, even X5 and more profit to give than the coins that are in the TOP 100,so I recommend to share projects, and invest in part in those and part in others

If in my opinion there is no risk to invest in projects that are not top 100 top we see maybe in coinmarketcap is not the rank of each coin on how good they are, but the position is pretty much based on their respective market capitalization, but if we can do research on projects that have a lot of potential, maybe new in the market and not so big market, you will hit big Jackpot in the long run.

I think if you analyzed the project, where you plan to invest and you have no doubt about its potential, then it's even better that this project isn't in top-100 because it means there are bigger chances for a fast growth.

It is more risky of course, people thinks that first top100 coins are maybe more stable, but at bear market we are seeing there is no stability and top100 altcoins dropped very much like others.

The risk of always being in all life activities including crypto activities. Do not rule out the possibility of losing money if you buy crypto currencies that are not top 100.
This is where expertise or knowledge is needed before the risk occurs.

Surely, coins would need to be seen as remarkably risky at least for the short term and after nowadays they might result considered moderately erratic by people.
