It will not, I don't know about the exact date of the casper pos by ethereum will get implemented. But i think it will not fully turn into the Pos system. and leaving the Pow system.

Hopefully they will come to some idea of exactly what they will do and make an announcement soon.  At first I thought they should cap it, hell, even cut it back to 21 million and lets go straight to the moon  .  But it probably does make more sense to have a slowly decreasing issuance.  Important part is that they get it right the first time so they don't have to increase it later (especially after what happened with the fork).
