Hi, I'm using Ethereum wallet Mist Version 0.8.10 and since yesterday it cant sync; it just can't find ANY peers. How can I fix that?

Check your firewall settings if it isn't blocked or simple restart your computer (this issue happened few times for me) |

What the heck is going on with the price? I'm so sad should I sell now or wait?? Yes. Sell down to $100, so we can buy it up cheaply getting ready for the big pop this year. Ermm...Yeah dump it cheaply on us will ya? (Grin, just kidding, buy or sell, never listen to the people on forums or in chat rooms). Do you own DD. Let's just say, that there is a reason there have been about 120K+ BTC worth of ETH bought over the past 2 days. |

What is your opinion on situation, if Bitcoin spits in two, lose big portion of its value and if it will become unclear which Bitcoin should be followed, could altcoins like ETH become the first choice as crypto currency? I think Bitcoin might lose its position whit this forking..

I think ETH will surpass BTC within a year. It's faster and has more functionality than Bitcoin itself. |

Whatever happens coins with limited supply like BTC will always be superior to coins with unlimited supply like ETHf. |

I began to understand why the exchange BTC-E called ETC scam. The exchange primarily cares about the safety of customer funds, and under the guise of a ETC it could be a coin-virus to get purse files from ETX. For example, I trust the bitcoin.org site and the files on it, but I do not trust the new sites, it will soon be in the bitcoin like classic, I can not trust this coin if it does not have links from bitcoin.org

Whatever happens coins with limited supply like BTC will always be superior to coins with unlimited supply like ETHf. There are plans to limit Ethereum total supply. I don't think if BTC and ETH are direct competititors. Especially that in not every country there are high liquidity local fiat/eth markets If ETH perform well people should buy bitcoin so it's good for both and vice versa. |

Better would be to trust the github. If you only take what's from that 1 site, you're gonna lose out on a ton. Also, this isn't the ETC thread  |

What kind of analysis could possibly make you think with any confidence that a spike straight back up is likely? I think this drop was very fast and there will probably be a good bounce back up just because of trading, but why "300+ soon"? |
