I disagree that put EXO on AE.  as we know, the client dose't release , if EXO hit on AE, no one want to buy it or else the price is cheap. But, if exo released , it will have a high ROI.

NXT is NXT, EXO is EXO .

if anyone cannot wait, just refund your money .  Smiley

NXTer love NEM, but they dont know much about EXO, do you think NXTer will buy it with high price ?

I agree with hala, if you dont dare to wait, just ask refund. Simple as that.

agree, EXO is a different beast from NXT, dont place it in the AE

we can wait

I think you guys are right that its a bit late in the game to be releasing assets on the nxt asset exchange. But this talk has gotten me thinking. I really want to try doing an ipo escrow using the nxt asset exchange. Thinking about it has made me realize how powerful of a tool it could be for doing ipo escrow. I hope someone asks me to do another escrow for their coin in the future so i can try it. Smiley

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

On the Crypti thread they said that you are no longer doing escrow. Does this mean they are wrong?

in my opinion , as a dev team and  investor , they dont want to have exchange anytime before everything is ready , it will decrease the ROI .

as a saying said , "Every coin has two sides".  Maybe we can try in future.

That is a great idea and it will be much less hassle. You can make a business of escrow through this new model.

Nxt asset exchange should be the place to ipo with escrow thru anon as standard. way too many scams happened on this forum. its time to stop that. Contact anon for a serious ipo coin release. any coin not doing this after exo should not be taken seriously imo.

I like it too! The most interesting thing is that it will be possible to buy/sell shares before launch, that's unfortunately impossible with Anon's escrow right now  Sad

I'm thinking about doing some experiments with the nxt asset exchange that would bring me back in.

we set up two different test nets und are running tests to see how the error in chain async (https://sourceforge.net/p/exocoin/tickets/2/) is caused. We already tested some things. See the ticket text for more details (will be updated from time to time).

The tests aim to the direction to see if the issue is caused by a) many transactions or b) simply over time without any user interference or c) many (re)connects. Meanwhile we are investigating all code parts that could be involved. More, as stated, within the ticket.

Also, we are working on the bugs and improvement suggestions that are in our issue tracking system.

If the major bug (ticket #2) is not solved after the weekend we will prepare a full statement (description, errorLogs of server, relevant code parts partially, what we tried and what we already found out) and will ask you, if you like, to have a look at the issue.
We hope to find the cause as soon as possible.

I am unattended tomorrow, so the next message from me should be here in 2 days

best regards

Man, the random buy may be caused by some unexpected environment factor and the program doesn't handle it well, I don't think it's a design issue.

I vote Exocoin developer as Qora's marketing leader.
So far he has made Qora look really good. lol

Qora is based on an early version of Nxt code which was already a software in production. Exo is a brand new innovative software with a brand new architecture. Qora guy is good at programming (meaning better features). Exo guy is good at crypto architecture (meaning better or unique foundations). Which one will you value more? It seems that some ideas of Exo have been borrowed by NEM and Crypti (the idea of rating nodes).
