Yes bitcoin invest more risk than bank. But there are more benefits where there is more risk.So we have to invest in risk because of the hope of profit.

Banks offer fixed returns so there is no risk with them. But still people are moving to crypto because you can make much more returns with them.

Bitcoin is indeed risky. But bank investments are risky too. In our country (coz I'm not sure if this exist in other countries). When you have a large amount on your account they will call you and ask you if you want to invest, minimum of 20,000 Php (or 400 USD). They will propose some investment plans where there is a choice of low, medium, or high risk investment. When you choose the high risk there is a chance to lose or gain 100% of your investment (Medium is 75% and low is 50% if I remember it right). It doesn't make sense to me, it sounds like a scam, they will invest using your money and you don't have any control to it. That is why I like bitcoin more, coz Though it is risky and it's very volatile, you have full control on your investment.

What do you guys think?

I couldn't agree with you more, though Bitcoin is risky as compared to bank investment but atleast you have the control of your investment. There's almost no risk in bank investment but as you stated that your country has this weird kind of investment plan I would just suggest you to invest in crypto.

There can never be a better time than NOW,...to invest in crypto, Which is more Risky? thats subjected to your understanding and knowledge of how to acquire, use, store and invest/trade your crypto, u need to be careful because 1 mistake and you loose all control over your funds and unlike traditional banking system there is no support system which would be able to help you recover it.

Crypto system is here to stay and its getting steadier day by day, returns are insane and yes insanely volatile too, for those who complaining that market has crashed and gone down to be one third comparing prices during late Dec 2017 and Jan 2018, should know that even at todays price it's Still at more than 100% profit comparing it with June 2017....

Both Crypto and Traditional banking have there own risk factors and positives, if you already are having good credit history with your bank then majority of investment should go to crypto its a no brainer really, special now when market is stuck and stagnant since a while... invest now reap benefits in 3rd quarter :)

Good luck

Bitcoin investments are excellent at getting multiple  return on investment but they are also very risky. We saw bitcoin move from 20k to 7k this year. Banks on the other hand can declare bankruptcy  but then the government  bails them out. Banks are safer for now

Investing in bitcoin is really risky because the potential losses is imminent due to bitcoin volatility. On the other hand, bank investment will really be a safe choice if you want to grow your money because the risk is lesser. But, investment in banks will not profit that big. The good thing here is that your money is safe.

I think because Bitcoin is very susceptible to price volatility,  investing in it is quiet risky compared to Bank investment. However,  in spite of the high risk associated with investing in Bitcoin, it somewhat promises AZ high return when the marker cap rises even 10% fold. My advice is,always follow your guy when it comes to this kind of investment.

Both is better but it depends on how you can take risk, the life belongs to the risk taker. You invest in a bank biz you have less risk of losing your money compared to the risk attached to the volatility of BTC. The risk in BTC is more so is the profit.

I think bitcoin is much risky in investment. Crypto is tricky, because it’s super digital and it’s not based on anything, therefore there’s a tiny bit of risk to it.

I believe that there is no investment without risks, the fact is that banks do not give a good percentage of profits, but there are fewer risks and there are state guarantees. Investments in BTC are more risky but also the potential profit is much greater.

Of course banks investments are safer i think that's what most people think. But banks offer very low interest rate. Bitcoin in contrast  is very risky for investment but it can give a lot of huge profits.

I understand your country. In my banks take a huge percentage for investment products and everything is built on the fact that to cheat the investor. Hundreds of people did not earn anything, and someone even lost their money. So I'm for bitcoin and cryptocurrency in General. Then at least you decide not to pay for such a gargantuan percentage of the Commission.

Bitcoin may be considered a more risky investment than a bank investment due to the factor of volatility. The cryptocurrency market is dependant upon the transactions and the use of the currency so price drops are much more frequent but the return on investment is higher in bitcoin than in a bank investment that will give you a fixed interest per annum.

As for me there are  five risks you should know before investing in Bitcoin.
1.Money is not safe
Bitcoin virtual money is a unique international currency, it can be a more profitable investment in case if there is a major economic weakness. Currency exchange is done quietly between individuals, without the need to pay fees, taxes and VAT. However, capital is not guaranteed because the virtual currency is not issued by the central bank. Unlike fixed investments, where any amount saved is usually guaranteed by the state. No wonder investors in Bitcoin can lose money at any time.
2.Unstable currency
As described above, Bitcoin is not regulated by the central bank. Investors may face extreme instability. There are risks that can pose considerable harm to the entire investment.
3.Cybercrime
Virtual in Bitcoin can also be translated as a threat to investors. Investments realized through virtual numbers become easy prey for cybercriminals or cybercrime. For example, Japan's largest market Bitcoin MtGox has been hacked by "cybermalfrats" in recent years. Since then, the company has lost about 750,000 Bitcoin.
4.Unlimited use
There are several commercial sites that accept Bitcoin as payment. At any time, investors can spend Bitcoins online, especially with for virtual gaming, such as online poker and slot machines. However, this currency can not be used in real terms, such as buying a car or clothing. This is because dealers and store owners rarely believe Bitcoin as a method of payment.
5.Hazard for the country
According to economists, investments in Bitcoin are decentralized, and can even jeopardize democratic and fiscal levels. Free exchange at no cost or tax can be converted into large fluctuations

Banks are not risky, neither bitcoin. You only need to know and understand how investment works and how to make a safe investment to do not lose money

I think it's more risky with Bitcoin because what if you die and you have no one to trust your account with, then the BTC? All gone? While on Banks there is a possibility that someone in your family may gain the money you earned and worked hard on to invest with.

all the same, banks and bitcoins have their own risks, but if you look at the value and profits that will be obtained, definitely I choose bitcoin, with greater profit. but bitcoin also has a greater risk.

I think when it comes to security and privacy you should prefer investing through banks because it is more trustable and safest way to save money not like bitcoin is digital so your money will be prone to the hackers and scammers. But if you are finding more profitable you should choose bitcoin even though it is risky you have chances and possibilities to earn big profit if you are handle the risk wisely. While banks earn you nothing.
