In my portfolio, almost accidentally, there was a weighty amount of stellar, which I did not manage to exchange for other tokens. As a result, I was pleasantly surprised by the strength of this coin.

At the moment I have changed everything to BTC, there are no other coins. At first I thought the increase that happened the other day was the beginning of bullrun, so I sold the bitcoin that I had bought since January. It turns out that the value of bitcoin is back down to the level of $ 6000.

My best holding right now is Bitcoin, but it seems that might be better have something in Tether, although Tether is probably not backed with USD. My best HODL in this Red Zone is two coins. One coin is ethereum, bc its so inexpensive, the upside has me not wanting to look for upside in Altcoins. The second coin is PRIV. Bought some, and its holding up nicely. Also I feel comfortable holding my eos here. I note a few coins just don't want to go down anymore, I feel like the low is in, so the ones that can hold at this price vs the coins that continue to fall the longer we remain here. Don't forget to hodl for the win.

The best option is USDT, but i guest not much people holding USDT because of they have spend all USDT to buy bitcoin or altcoins. The market keep crashing make people think that those price was in dips, but it not true and market keep in downtrend.

I think the best altcoin is ETH. When the price of the ETH is $ 450 and I have transferred all about fiat money. I have been waiting for this opportunity for a long time, now I have used fiat money to buy 28 ETH and decided to hold it until its price is $ 500 back.
This will happen soon because the world economy will soon recover.

Eventually it will end and we'll likely see the value go up towards the end of the year but yeah some people keep usdt in this kind of market and that actually makes it a lot easier to react to pumps and dumps. But it doesn't work for everyone. You'd have to have a lot of experience and skills to pull that off.

Isn't you think that you are lucky for that. All though we saw almost all coins are in declining but still have few coins can manage to stand still and be firm enough. And as I watching my portfolio, it is really sad that all are in red but it won't give a reason to sell them, instead it give me hope and give me courage to be strong enough in front of it.

I think this dumping will continue continuously, maybe even normal until the end of the year, so now is the right time to use the HODL strategy and buy or multiply coins, for that I will continue to hold it and wait until when this bitcoin price will bullrun
