I think yes because those price of Ethereum is cheaper so I think it is good to invest now. But I recommend to check first by your own to know if its good to invest in ETH, then if its true then invest but dont put all your money, its better to divide it and the other half is for your invest. At the moment, Ethereum is about 200$ and it is a really good price to buy if you are going to hold it for a long term. To be honest, it is difficult to predict the bottom of ETH, but I don't think it will cost below 100$ during current correction.
