Once Bitcoin fall in price then every coins or tokens in the market will also decrease the value.
Everything or mostly all are affected with bitcoin price as they are really connected in the market value!

It has a bad influence at price 90% of the time, really rarely we can see that bitcoin lowering make altcoin's increase I saw that effect at 2017 when price was increasing to the point of 20000$ for bitcoin, it had different weird changes on that period, so it was really possible but situation is stable more so it's really not that easy to see this kind of manipulation in price
