It seems to form a new trend after a crash at the beginning of the year. Currently the crypto situation is like a single entity, especially on coins with a top 100 market capitalization. They interact with each other. But this of course can be utilized for decision making in managing portfolio.

Yes it's bad, Altcoins are related to Bitcoin even if there can be slight differences, but the entire market is bullish if bitcoin is bullish and is bearish if bitcoin is bearish.

I think most of altcoin will be affected when bitcoin is dropping because that is market psychology. BTC is like the general index of this market, when its dropping, everybody is fear; when its growing everybody is greed. But there is still some altcoin growing when market is down, it like a safe assets which people gonna buy when the economy is in trouble.

Yes, for sure. I hate this thing about modern cryptos
 I hope it can change in year or so. BTC should let other coins, ETH first of all, influence the market in a bigger proportion

The majority of negative news is about the regulation. Bitcoin a lot of domination to the cryptocurrency. it looks like a little signal has already happened. As the first cryptocurrency and that gives a lot of advantage to the bitcoin to be adopted by the majority of cryptocurrency after bitcoin.

I don't understand the relation between Bitcoin to Altcoin, all people say when Bitcoin price drop, Altcoin will drop in same time, all I know is Altcoin pair with the BTC in the exchange market, is not pair with the USD in the market, so I think when the BTC price drop does not affect to Altcoin drop together, those are two different crytocurrency, the fact is investors want to sell it in this situation.
