I'm a little bit sceptical about the radar though. it's like something from a space game in a fantasy game.. maybe because it looks like a "radar" .. how about it if was just a square zoomable minimap? (like the pop window almost.. you can still use the code you have done for the radar blips, but not in the circle)..
just a suggestion and not important atm

to give some credit to the radar per se, i tought that could be used when, clicking on an hunter, it show who's the enemies approaching my direction or something similar, i'm open for advice
if it has no a real plus, just the floating map would be enough

probably, you tried to create the name before syncing (when you was having problems)

if you have a black name now, you need to click config.. if you then see the option for 4 colours, choose 1 and then press ok.. this will perform First_update

if this is the case - it's because you cancelled the colour selection screen

Can someone help please? Trying to solomine but when I launch cgminer it's telling me that the URL or credentials are invalid... I practically copy/pasted the conf example on the HUC website, put it in appdata, set the HUC client as a server and launched CGminer. What else is needed? Thanks

If it's stuck, you can try deleting or rebroadcasting the transaction, go to transactions, and see if you can see 1 with a question mark which is related to the stuck team..

you can right click "rebroadcast" (only do it once), then wait a few blocks

or you can try right click "delete transaction"..

This issue was fixed, so probably is a rare cause..

did you choose the correct port.

also, have you checked the difficulty? Unless you have some insane mining rigs, there isn't much point solo mining

There will be some pools available soon in which you can merge mine with bitcoin or some scrypt based coins (like Litecoin).--  (mine 2 coins or more at once, without reduction in hash/sec).

There is a Chinese pool - f2pool.com
although it is not a pps type method. For every litecoin or bitcoin (depending on which you mine) you receive 1 HUC. unless this has been changed.

You can click config and :

1. Set Reward Address >> This allows for better co-op sharing of spoils.  They can, for example, go into a guild (companies?) bank/wallet - Websites could be created which monitor all this information, and it can be split appropriately. -- or this can be used to send rewards into a cold wallet

2. Transfer Hunters >> You can put in a friend/colleagues address and transfer your Hunters almost instantly -- useful for shift work ? or just to transfer from one machine to another (home PC to work PC)

Every 5 minutes, my wallet is not responding. This makes it really frustrating. Spending a whole day setting up, to watch your wallet not respond on te crucial moment. Timing is everything in this game... And know it's impossible.

it culd be related to what another poster said (with qt).. we will look into it this weekend (i too got some semi freeze of client).. but it should not effect that crucial moment (hardly) as the next block will usually be "a while".. just need to wait for now until we can sort
