We should require captchas only for the second deposit.  Bots won't kill it if it has decay implemented.

I don't think the second deposit is a problem, except for the massive games, where you really want to make the first and second deposit so that you prevent anyone else from "stealing" your profit on such games.  I think it's for the rest of the deposits, and for all other "normal" rounds where bots take out all the fun.  I think the massive rounds will kill themselves without the need of bots (at least when there are no new people who don't really know how they work).

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I think that's expected (see my previous post just a few seconds before yours).

We should work something out to prevent the absurd spectacle of a daily massive round ending in 2 hours.
Anyone?
Can't let this website die!

I think you need to attract new people who don't know they won't have a chance neither to get paid (because your first deposits are huge and only those get paid) nor to win the jackpot (because a bot will in almost every round).   Grin

The entire site is one big ponzi then!
I think we should keep the honest and in-your-face underpinnings of bitponzi.
We can't rely on an ever-increasing supply of fools.

If captcha is on there, I think it should be optional for the round host.

i think we need a break from all these massive games, and more smaller ones where moer people get paid.. that'll bring more players.

might have to do something about the bots too, well see tomorrow, not going to code on this site while im drunk.

To the massives?  Not me.  I learnt the hard way (by almost totally emptying my wallet) that the massive where the rounds to avoid completely, since there is no chance to get anything out of them.   Smiley

Yes, you have reasonable chances to get paid on them, and some of geting the jackpot, if you are persistent and lucky that the nasty bot is not around killing all your chances and all the fun in the game.

Either kill the bots or they'll kill your game, I think.

I can't tell, because the old games are not browsable anymore.
