There are lots of women in crypto, I went to a conference recently and it was 35% women. Some really brilliant and talented that are doing extremely well! I welcome this.

I really like the price of falling as it is today, because with falling prices I can to buy more bitcoins, and more profits that I can.

if for buyers coin it is profitable for them, but if for friends who want to sell, it is very detrimental to those who want to sell. so there are people who are happy with this and there are also difficulties. because everyone's opinion is also different

Yes i agree, gender ia useless in trading, boy or girl its oky to become trader, most of the successful traders are the women because they have a big patience, they are keep holders than boys, so dont underestimate the power of women. Gender does not matter in crypto world.

but it is also wrong when we say that women dominate the bitcoin world, in 2015 coindesk conducted a survey, that of 4000 crypto community, 90% are male, and 10% is women.

but, this proves that bitcoin can be owned by anyone, there is no differentiation in bitcoin.

There are more women in cryptocurrency trading than you thought is a boys club. I personally witness women that buy and sell crypto in large quantities.
Definitely there are no discrimination in bitcoin. But why do they say that there are no women here? I guess because because investing here means investing also time. As we all know, man has all the time in this world for themselves and their work while most women are the homemakers and we have all the responsibility to keep the home and family orderly so it means we have less time to work on bitcoin. But then that was before, time management can be applied and a lot of help from helpers and family members are available that is why we are here.

The major technology industries are dominated by men for a variety of reasons, such as young boys introduced to young devices, resulting in only 16% of university students in machine science. is female. Although many initiatives have been formed to encourage more women to participate in programming, the number of computer science students in the UK has dropped for the past 10 years. Google engineer James Damore discovered the controversial causes of women's absence in the technology industry. The number of men who have and will own the bitcoin is double and the number of men who buy the bitcoin in the next five years is nearly three times the number of women. Men also had a more positive view of bitcoin (17% vs. 7%).

We've all seen the CoinDance stats. We've all experienced in real life and online the maleness of anything tech... whether it's the cynical elitism of those who feel they're above everyone else or the brash testosterone-driven hype sessions you see at conferences and events. At risk of being labelled sexist, it's not so much about Bitcoin as it has always been about tech. Take a look at blockchain projects in general. Where there are women, they're relegated to marketing and comms. Even those in management aren't developers (is Stark one?).

You haven't been to a bitcoin conference yet?  98% men.  1% woman.  1% not too sure.

RawDog, been a while since I cracked a smile like this.

Who said that? I have made so many friends in this community. Many of which are women. There is no sexism or gender discrimination here. Anyone and everyone is allowed to be a part of the crypto community without bias towards a particular sex. That is such a good thing about this society.

No, there are many women in the crypto platform. This is 2018 mate, not 2013 or 14. Recently I have joined in a crypto related group, and that group's admin is a woman. All others members are male; only two members are a girl. So what about it? That woman knows about bitcoin more that all members of that group. Thus, many women know about bitcoin well.

No women in bitcoin you say?  As far as I can remember, investment is not meant for only men because women also invest hugely when it comes to cryptocurrency. I am a woman and I am an investor in crypto. Searching for updates on cryptocurrency takes a lot of time but am patient enough to wait and get all the updates I needed.  The major thing is to balance your home with work.  I know alot of women doing crypto and to my surprise, they are one of the highest investor I know of.

But the biggest fuck-up of all: Lightning Network / Lightning Labs is led by Elizabeth Stark.  If you like train wrecks, get Elizabeth to lead us there.

You can see for yourself how Lightning works...

Hi there RawDog! I believe that there are several women in bitcoin and even in altcoins. But elizabeth stark is one of the best name you could see in the community. I believe that she got a law degree in Hardvard and become a Yale fellow. Meaning to say, she got a lots of idea stuck in her brain. Being with that knowledge and skills she been helping the community since then. I just wondering, does she have a bitcointalk account? Anyway, at start I cant believe the lightning network will work amazing at it is.

Wait, stop right there. Stop this misogynistic nonsense dude. As you say, "the biggest fuck up" is lead by a woman. There are also many more, other fuck ups lead by men, alright? You can look through the history if you want another sources not just in crypto. Don't let gender specify/give an overview what will be the outcome of a project, may it be lead by a woman or man, it has the potential to fuck up and to succeed okay? Let people do what they wanna do , shithead. You can always know what projects will succeed or not if you look through it, and read it. Regardless of the gender of the leader aight.

I am a lady, by the way. So it's sad to see stuff like these here. Were here to earn money okay.

I think everyone has the right to invest in bitcoin, whether it's a girl or a boy, but as far as I know there are not many women involved in bitcoin, I think it's good if women are not in bitcoin, because bitcoin can increase our income, so if women can occupy bitcoin then I hope there is an age limit, like elizabeth strak, and I'm sure of bitcoin progress in the future, so suppose there are women in it I suggest they can invest before bitcoin price gets destroyed. I know lots of women who are very successful now and joined here ,bitcoin was made for every gender so there should not be discrimination and there should be equality of investing here and I do believe WOMEN can do in every aspect in the world of crypto currency.
