can anyone explain how Litecoin is 16$ on coinmarketcap but 25$ dollars to buy on all crypt trading sites?

Litecoin = $16 = roughly 0.025 Bitcoin at the moment.  Is that where you're getting the 25 from?

I'm getting 212MH/s with ATI 7950 is that ok?

Also what is better for me a pool with 930GH/s or a smaller one with 53GH/s?

Doesn't really matter, with large pools you find blocks faster, but rewards are smaller, and vica versa.
Its all down to pool luck tbh.

If you for example look at http://max.nut2pools.com in blocks you see the statistics. We have been overall pretty lucky, with only needing 90% of the shares estimated shares to find a block.
Which in layman's term means you overall get paid more then the calc estimates.

Also I'm getting 350Mhash with 280X (basically 7970, så 212Mhash on an 7950 isn't that far fetched. I though you would get more like 270 though, based on the difference in scrypt mining)

svennand i've actually registered on your pool Smiley

and i'm getting 240MH/s now i've increased I=9 . And it say on your pool i'm earning 5.2MAX/day which is 86USD/day? This can't be right?

Also are there any commands for cgminer to "pimp" it up? like threadconcurency and stuff?

Means you are connected and getting block update info from the pool.
You are sure you are running with keccak algo? given that you do not submit shares?

Oh, its not my pool. Were previously partner in it. But not any more.
Im a firm supporter though Smiley

Im using this for my 280Xs:
cgminer --keccak -I 9 -g 1 -w 256 --gpu-engine 1080 --gpu-memclock 1000 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Also remember that with this coin you can turn memory clock way down without losing hashrate!, cards run cooler Wink
