And is it the same with AZ token?
Guy, there’s WP, everything is written there. AZ tokens are issued for platform services. SEC ban companies that issue utilities, and then start trading them as shares.
All right, Myraidcoins! We’ve created the branch is exactly for communication and answering ANY questions about our project. We welcome all questions - we want to talk about our project as much as possible.

And yes, you’re right – we’re planning to issue two tokens to comply with all the requirements of European regulators - at the moment since our company is registered in Estonia. AZ utility tokens will serve our platform and be traded on our Azbit Global exchange.

Yes, when will you be open to American?
At the moment we’re negotiating with the SEC on the question of registration. Since we originally created our ecosystem taking into account the requirements (including security requirements) of not only European regulators but also SEC requirements, we hope that registration will be successful in the near future and US citizens will be able to participate in our ICO.

In whitepaper you wrote about the issue of payment cards, but it is not clear what it will be - cryptocurrency cards?
We’re planning to issue bank cards, but at the moment we cannot give any guarantees that they will be cryptocurrency ones. Visa and MasterCard treat cryptocurrency as a rival - you probably know, they suddenly stopped servicing all crypto cards.

And what about the other ICO start-ups, which promise to issue crypto cards Visa and MasterCard - I don’t remember exactly ICO names, but I definitely remember there were some.

Most likely, you are mistaken – double check websites, all legal ICOs offer prepaid debit cards. You can use where Visa and MasterCard are accepted, but these payment providers have no relation with the issue of such cards.

Those ICO and crypto-projects, which promise to issue Visa and Mastercard crypto-cards, are most likely scam. At the current time, Visa and MasterCard do not give the status of a partner to any crypto project.

There are other development options, aren’t there?)  I would also accept  a gradual development. Not necessarily fly to the moon in the very first days and months, little by little, step by step – cool, too.

This as well! In general, we believe that our key feature is a unique trade and investment functionality that has long been successfully used in the forex market - SAMM and RAMM accounts.

And why do you think this would cater for crypto holders?

For a number of compelling reasons. For investors, these instruments are the possibility to receive passive income, transferring their funds to successful traders. The platform monitors traders and ensures the security of such investments. For traders, these instruments are the possibility for obtaining leverage to raise fundings. In general, everyone wins.

Does the platform get commissions from all of this? How is the profit shared?

Something like that has already been implemented on eToro, hasn’t it?

Speaking of the profit-sharing - the trader and the investor receive equal shares from the profit - 45% each. The remaining part is the platform’s profit from which it pays dividends to token holders, commissions to agents, etc.

eToro platform doesn’t provide such functionality. eToro only offers the possibility to track the actions of successful traders, which you can copy yourself. No crypto exchange has offered native (built-in) implementation of SAMM and RAMM.

AZS holders will receive dividends from the profit of the entire platform, not only its trade and investment part. Everything's gonna be okay.)
