I will not even use a casino if it does not have an online (live support), when it comes to my money I like to be able to get things fixed immediately if there are any mishaps, I like 777 coin, has online support, and my affiliates make me more btc on there then any other online casino, That is who I would advize if you decide to find an online casino.

It is most important thing that will determine if the online casino is reliable or not. You play there to win money and it would be a total chaos having disputes just to take all your winnings and there is no staff there that are willing to help you on that issue.

It's highly important, Why? This shows how does the management handles it flaws and openness to recommendations and any other concerns. Also, Customer support is a factor to evaluate the credibility of one business. If a customer support fails to provide quality work it can not only damage the business but the reputation of the owner or the developer itself.

 No matter the tasks are with the request for anything it is required to have fastest customer service because if you want to become the best casino, online casino,  you need to be responsive and getting there early to solve the problem because if you don’t  then the customer won’t come back and would look for another casino to play on. That’s just what happens in real life, not just in casinos. Some of the big casinos that have big names have great customer service because it is a requirement to become the best. Quality is better than just quantity.

Thus, it makes sense to check the customer support by sending mails or trying live chat before you join the forum. How important is customer support of an online casino for you ?

Having a good customer care department is important because any gambler would first like to have a chat agent online in case any problem occurs or they have any questions, good example is cloudbet, now they have a live chat feature which makes their website much better than it was earlier and really it does not take much staff to handle a few hundred gamblers either.

This is very important not just in gambling sites but also for some exchanges. Customer support shows the ability of the team to resolve the problem of their users, this can be a good factor to be recognized as one of the best gambling site online because the support team is able to resolve the issues. I heard so many complains about this so I hope that those bigger exchanges and casino online focus on improving their customer service.

if indeed there is a service that is good enough when there is interaction with casino users that means the site tersebuk indeed have a pretty good service but if the question and answer takes a long time to reply it useless also will only make us upset as a user.

I think some casinos will solve issues by priority wise so some issues will take a long time to resolve but players will not wait they will find another casino which will give good and fast service to the customer. nowadays people will not see how many bugs are there in your casinos they only see how fast you will respond to there queries that's why the customer support is very important for any online business.

customer support is really important in any business aspects because they can handle their customer and the customer can solve the problem. customer support is a front-line of the business and I think every business must need this team so the customer will satisfy with the company. I think it's not just for the gambling site but the other sites will use too to communicate with their customer. the customer doesn't have to wait for a long time to get the answer to their problem.

In most scenario a customer normally contacts a casino's live chat or sends an email because his withdrawal is pending for a long time. There might be very few players who contact them for anything other than withdrawals
I feel instead of having a 24X7 live chat casinos should remove kyc as it shouldn't exist in the first and allow instant withdrawals for all players
Seconded with these words, 24x7 live support is appealing but high percentage people would  ask neither into their deposit or withdrawal issues but having a responsive support would always leave positive impressions towards the site yet you can able to get active reply from them whenever what are the issues you are experiencing on. KYC should be removed? its still on their jurisdiction,even though we dont like it but there are circumstances that we would really need to follow up.
Ok we might not lile it but why do most casino still ask for kyc as most of them have a fake license so it wouldn't make any sense to do so
Alright I'll agree with you for a while let's assume fj has a really licence and they are registered, monitored etc etc then why do they normally take 3 months to verify all documents, they have live chat but still it's of no use as we always have to email them

The quality of a casino's customer support is obviously important for me, but I don't really mind if I have to wait a couple of hours or even days.
That said, I've never had to wait long before I've had my support requests dealt with. Especially not at the current website I'm playing, Crypto-Games.

Other casino's might adhere to offer support on business days only and I think that's also reasonable.

It's primary thing when you're play on the most popular gambling site.
I'm will got piss if I have trouble when try to withdraw although I'm not against any rule but with customer support's help , I can figure out the solution
So do not try to play the trick with them or you will got nothing !

I test out the customer support of any and all online casinos before I even deposit a single dollar!
I've had too much bad and unfortunate luck in the past (some of it documented on here) to even come close to remotely trusting some of thees operations.
Even though with a little research you can find out who is legit and who is not, it's good to get a feeling out before trusting a stranger with your funds, especially given the nature.

Having an active and reachable customer support is one of the best characteristics that a casinos must have. It will ensure a customers that a certain casino/gambling site is always having a good operation resulting for comfortability and worry free activity in the site. Not just in sites but honestly all services needs a reachable and active support.

As far as my own experienced is concerned, I never experienced waiting for long time everytime Im reaching the customer support of a certain gambling site. Never did experienced a major issue in the first place so I don't know what will be the status if that is major one.

Well, each gambling site do really have their own flaws or problems and we cant really expect a "PERFECT gambling site" which do exist on this market without any having issues in all aspects either on their service,support and other related stuff. If they do make some delays in the past maybe they would took into consideration on changing it out to straighten up on what they have done before either it would be more faster this time to make verifications.  Wink

Customer support is a must for gambling sites. This is a very important service for gambling sites to keep their business running as expected. But perhaps their service at one point can not meet everyone's expectations especially when so many complaints come to their table. We as customers need to know it and be patient while waiting for a response from them.

You are becoming too wise enough for choosing the casino to gamble but that's what can a gambler do before finding out the online casino that he should trust.

What are these online casino's that you have much bad experience about their support? This matters if someone has to gamble with bigger amount of money.

Even though with a little research you can find out who is legit and who is not, it's good to get a feeling out before trusting a stranger with your funds, especially given the nature.
Right, you will eventually see on who are those online casino's that are very responsive with their customer support regarding issues and concerns.

Obviously, its really very important for a casino to have a good customer support. Imagine, we don't see each other here, so its very important that your issues got resolved quickly otherwise you feel sort of 'cheated' of you lets say unable to processed your withdrawal very quick. You need someone to talk to, discuss your problems and got it resolved. That's why live chats are put into place, but I don't like support who give you generic answers or can't really help you and will put you in limbo for a few hours before they answer back with nothing.

I'm with you on this. Customer support is always tricky business. Obviously, with money involved, customers get finnicky when support requests aren't handled immediately. Every passing day seems to trigger increasingly emotional responses and the humans on the other end of support can sometimes be turned off by impatience and lack of clarity with issues. On the other hand, I probably dislike even more those instant responses that don't seem to understand the actual issue: you get a generic tailored response that doesn't help the problem and only causes more frustration.

The best customer support probably starts with a detailed FAQ as a first line of defence. And a good customer support knows it needs trained, knowledgeable staff who know the mechanics of crypto, who know how the site works. I play at CGN too and probably have only needed to reach out once. Issue was resolved quickly and correctly (missing deposit), not many words exchanged. Works for me.

It isn’t about reliability of the casino rather you can say this is all about revolving around the reliability of that source in which you are going to put in your investment and efforts too. If that source of earning isn’t really a source of earning, what is the question left behind then? I think we need to understand some basic facts and use our common sense to know what is better for us.
