I doubt the current ICO coin quality, very few of which have good projects, the rest are scams. I advise you to trade or buy old coins like iota and the like than you invest in ICO. It is also difficult to explain how to choose a truly qualified one.

I won't be recommending any ICOs since I have not yet made any research about, but what catched my attention is the ICO "Quarkchain", I have recently visited the site and they offer great techology on their platform, and this ICO is indeed not a scam since the website if well-designed, I am looking forward in this ICO and may be one of the best out there in a few years.

If you haven't noticed, Quarkchain ICO is over and like it was mentioned, QCK is already traded x13 on Kucoin. It was indeed the hottest crowdsale right now, but also very hard to get whitelisted if you had no chance to participate in private sale.

Eternal Trusts (PreICO) currently was a rating of over 4.5 on ICOBench from 14 experts with universally positive comments. Current ICO is also doing pretty well and this shows this is a viable project to invest in. Eternal Trusts looks like a very interesting project and with huge potential. This will be no easy project to deliver from a technological and legal point of view, so the success will heavily depend on a very strong team of experts. Thankfully the Eternal Trusts team has no shortage of experts.

I will personally recommend you to do your own research and get a "knowhow" about ICOs before you join any. In short, I mean you should not make your investment choices based on what others say. Anyways you should also take into consideration some of the projects mentioned here by other members

Equi capital is good ongoing ico for people interested in venture capital and real estate investments, they will also share the profits with the token holders but at the moment they have paused the ico and getting ready to post some big announcement, other than that i think localcoinswap is also a superb ico that represents an upcoming advanced exchange.

Ubex is hot at the moment. Claims to have reached soft cap on the first day. Money token and Crowd machine are other popular options.
