https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/south-korean-supreme-court-rules-bitcoin-asset/

I read about this news that in south korea bitcoin is legally become recognizeable as asset. I do think bitcoin is a currency and not an asset. I dont know whether this is good news or not for cryptocurrency. One thing i believe with legalization from goverment i do think more investors will come to invest in bitcoin, but i think if bitcoin become an asset its not as it suppose to because i believe bitcoin should be a currency which is currency is for transaction and asset is not for transaction.

if am not mistaking i guess bitcoin can be classified as both currency and asset.
what do i mean by this? In cryptocurrency to many people buy and store coins for future used to this categories of persons is there asset and i the other hands it a currency because it can be used to pay for goods and services. So for any of this bitcoin fall into i guess it not bad at all.

Here the thinking of everyone is different sometimes bitcoin is said to be an asset and also sometimes like currency. I think tolerance in dissent is important. So even though bitcoin is an asset or currency. It's certainly the same and will not change anything. Bitcoin can be invested like an asset. that's my opinion.

Cool, this will make us more confident about Btcoin in the future. And hopefully the entire government of the world will take over, it will take a little longer and it will come true.

Of course bitcoin become an asset for every bitcoin earner. Even Bitcoin become an asset for a crypto trader. But few country don't accepting and they announced that bitcoin is illegal. But I don't believe this. I always believe that bitcoin can change our life.

If my personal view of bitcoin can be translated into an asset because to the prohibition of a country that is still a big problem to bitcoin would be more difficult to make as a means of transaction and directly requires a relatively long time for bitcoin when it will be used as a means of payment with the role of government should be wise to anticipate the occurrence of bad things going forward.

Bitcoin is high risky but valuable asset. Due to  its  high demand   n volatility. Its price are unpredictable. You can call it DIGITAL GOLD . if u lost ur private key then forget  ur digitalasset. So  u need to keep very safe ur private key.

I still think bitcoin is an asset, and it's hard to call it currency.
Because currency is going to be widely used, and bitcoin is hard to use on a large scale right now, I expect the lightning network to change everything.
Cryptocurrencies including bitcoin are now assets called digital assets. To me bitcoin is a currency as well in that we use it as the mode of payment for services rendered to us and that make it a currency like the other physical currencies.

As we all know, bitcoin can be used as a digital currency, bitcoin was somehow asset on some point, it was also a resources which gives money tonus people who used it. Bitcoin has different usage which makes it more attractive, not only for transaction but for investment as well. It depends on the person who was using it. Bitcoin was really profitable and helpful when it comes to financial need. Not only today or this present days but in the future times.

Certainly being a digital asset is one of Bitcoin's greatest potentialities. It is being seen more as a commodity than as a means of payment, it today is more like gold than with the dollar, and just as gold can be used to settle a deal Bitcoin may as well, then the future is very promising.

True, bitcoin is not being used in some areas but i consider it as a currency that can easily be transfer anytime. It is also an asset for me since bitcoin has a good value.

I think it's true that bitcoin is a kind of asset. People can earn the digital money and keep it for a long time and they can use whenever they want.

It's true that day by day Bitcoin is becoming a great asset for the future purpose because of the legalization around the world, I think within a couple of years Bitcoin will be the most precious asset against the gold and other valuable assets. so It should be kept for the future.

I look forward to another opportunity for other financial institutions to follow after this new big one from Korea. more investors will see the possibility of investment. In addition, Bitcoin is really an asset, just how you put your investment into the market. It's good for short-term and long-term investments, it's just a matter of taking care of your business investment. I think btc is more suitable for assets than used as currency. its highly volatile value is difficult to use as a currency. and when we do the btc use quite difficult because we have to wait a long confirmation time and not all stores are willing to accept btc as a means of payment. I prefer to use btc for digital assets or investments than for currencies.

Bitcoin is being utilized as an asset for now though. Surely because of the volatility of its value that can double your invesrtment in a short span of time. The legalization in south korea is truly a good news and i hope other contries try to do the same.

bitcoin nowadays can also be used as a currency to buy or pay someone because transaction fees are also cheap due to the fact that bitcoins value is also low but of course bitcoins main usage is mainly for an asset purpose because of its high volatility although we cant expect to earn in just a short time , knowing that the price can only pump on the last quarter of every year .

Not only bitcoins but also other altcoins and tokens as well , both of these cryptos can also be used as an asset aside from being a currency medium .

Due to its high demand and popularity I think that it is right to say that bitcoin now is an asset. A lot of people has invested on it already and the put money, trust, effort and time just for the hope of earning a profit. We allall know that bitcoin is really capable of giving us a better living. So I thinkthink owning a bitcoin makes you have an asset.

More and more people see that the traditional financial world is not perfect. Perhaps BTC will be widely known around the world, which will be reflected in large transaction volumes. Furthermore, bitcoin can be a widely used digital global currency. It's the best scenario! But to do this, it needs to be more stable against other currencies. Central banks and governments should recognize bitcoin.

I think bitcoin can also be used as an asset because of the price of bitcoin progressively increasing. bitcoin also can be traded like stocks
