I just noticed that the block rewards halved again - down to 15 TOP per block!
it will rise..... No, it will not! That is the point! :-) But the price will rise!!!! |

It will be cool, either way... Just remember, the coin is very young still, and has an amazing community and a dedicated dev team behind it. No reason to freak out if we don't see a spectacular price jump when we get to 1 coin blocks... It's a cool feature, but it certainly isn't the only thing that makes Topcoin awesome. Thanks for enjoying the ride so far, we'd love to have you ride along with us for much, much longer!  |

Interesting, I haven't checked the timer that is linked in the thread since the website one was added. I would assume this is a result of topdude setting it according to the "every two days", and not the "or 5760 blocks". I don't know much about how block time works, if it can process faster or if it would adjust to slow it down? Perhaps the blocks are being solved faster since difficulty is lower, and it put us in a time warp?  |

Think I'm going to stay alert on the block rewards. My "senses" tell me this is going to skyrocket when we hit minimum block reward. |
