not all, I have followed stuffgogo and savedroid held by their team for bounty manager position, they are very active and tokens are already in distribution, but unfortunately their project is slow

Some ICO team have the members from the forum and they use that account to manage the campaigns here. If really positive thought campaign mostly people will be looking in the hands of good campaign manager and high rank candidates on this forum bro.

Best to go check the managers like Yahoo62278, lauda, Hilarious, Woshib, Wapintar, Hexah and Ahmadjamal. These people's campaigns are seems very much trustable one in this forum but few people only concentrating in bounty campaigns too.

i do think it is safe as there are also many managers who were not a part of this forum but due to their project they had joined it so if their project is good you should definitely join in

Is it safe to join Bounty Campaigns managed by the ICO team themselves? Even though they are only Newbie/Jr. Member. (But Copper Member)
I think it is safe but also,  there's a higher chance for scam to happen than in bounties where managers are from this forum. I am not saying that all bounties that are managed by the dev team, will be already a scam.  The risk is also present even if the manager is from the forum because at the end of the campaign, it is still the ICO team which will pay the participants and the manager .

You can participate in such a campaign and not be afraid. I take part in many of these campaigns and managers are all appropriate, quickly provide information on questions and solve problems. Specialists of the forum sometimes lead several campaigns simultaneously, and for this reason they not always are quick in responding to messages.

It doesn't matter what rank a person occupies when he opens a Bounty Campaign. The main thing is that the project, which he offers, was serious, and the project team professional.

Yes, I think there is no difference that the bounty Manager leads , that the person from the project pays the project and not the other person .

If the ICO team manages the bounty program, it is better. There is less chance of miscalculation of stakes. Payment is aslo earlier in this system.

Bounty Campaigns which are manged by the ICO team itself is quite risky as they are new on this forum and lacks skill to have a good campaign. ICO team should always contact a reputed manger which delivers the results upon time and trusted by the forum as it add credibility to the campaign and more people join. If a campaign is manged by Newbie people tend to resit from joining as it may lead to scam and manger can leave easily as they don't have any other work on this forum.

which you need to consider when joining a bounty campaign is transparency of the team, if you find it, enjoy it with their project. be consistent in running every mission, especially social media campaign, then you will feel the results.

Honestly, it is better than joining bounties that are maintained by the so called bounty managers or bounty services, as most of these people are hard to reach and do not respond to queries easily. On the other hand, ICO people have to take care of their reputation and hence they are more fair when dealing with boutny hunters.

There is no reason to think otherwise because the most experienced managers make mistakes and have supported bad projects in the past.
Also fairly often also projects under good managers fail or stop because of reasons which are out of their control.

Yes, in my opinion it is. Not always, but yes. I participated in one campaign one week ago, and the manager was also Newbie. I noticed this and was sceptic about this project. But then, when they calculated stakes and tokens, I found that Jr.Member received for the signature campaign like 7000$ (!!!) It is too much. So, don't carry about position of manager.

The success of the ICO projects are not relying on any people who run the campaign but the whole package of the project itself, though having a good campaign manager is an advantage it is not a 100% percent safety because they are only part of the promotion not in development.

I would say those are the most likely to scam you because they don't have a reputation to maintain on this forum. The legendary managers have the most to lose and that is why I prefer to use those managers for bounty campaigns.

for me, it doesn't matter. But if you can then better choose which are handled by the manager who has experienced san which already has a big name in this forum. It's just a matter of funds only if they are willing to pay a great manager or not.
