I joined one bounty where it was handled by one of the members of the ICO team and it was a disaster. I left halfway through because nearly everyone was arguing. After that I only joined bounty campaigns handled by trusted campaign managers.

Is it safe to join Bounty Campaigns managed by the ICO team themselves? Even though they are only Newbie/Jr. Member. (But Copper Member)
yes, i like to take part in such campaigns very much. even better than from often overloaded companies that offer this work. so the responsible people often know better and that is better for all involved

Most times, bounty campaigns managed by the team end up well. I have participated in such bounties and i have never regretted doing that. Although, some may not know how to organize the work effectively, most especially the spreadsheet, but their results at the end of the campaign are always amazing and they most times end up paying their bounty participants.

We all know that ICO is much more speculative then other altcoins it's pretty clear that we have most scam project but to be sure you can check their GitHub if they can work hard for it and if the bounty manager keeps updating their project then that's the sign that you can join their campaign.

There are ICOs that are real with their marketing and are crediting the stakes that must go to their participants but don't be too confident if they are copper members.
We knew that Copper membership can be available to any rank and the only feature that they can have as newbies/jr members is that they can post images.
I would tell that join at your own risk if there's no escrow.

, well i guess it is still safe to say as of now., but i cannot also assure that it will be safe, becsuse there are also some that are just only fraud and we do not know if it is one, not unless it is proved in the end. there are also lots of ICOs that were manage by their own had become successful and has no flaws, and i personally think that only depends on the team if they would actually run the money or not.

We can never say who is gonna scam you and when. It all happens when you are out of luck. I have faced this once or twice and I know what it feels like to do all the work and then get scammed. To be honest, we will still try it if we don't have any better opportunities and if our luck is good we might earn some good money out of it. Its better to avoid such ICOs where the team members, bitcointalk accounts etc.. are new and completely avoid them if they don't have any escrow.

It depends, just because you are a newbie in this forum it doesnt mean that you cannot be trusted but having a well known member here that is expert on managing campaigns can give the campaign more trustable. If the tokens that will be distributed is escrowed it is another point. But it will still all depends on the team of that project. If they decided to stop the campaign or the project itself then what is the purpose of having those tokens if they dont have any value. Its like wasting your time doing nothing. This is why its hard to work with those bounties.

At least no harm to give it a try. Bounty rewards should be paid as long as the ICO goes successful, no matter who runs the bounty campaign. However, you should be careful about how much effort you are giving into it.

Of course, it's better to join the ICO signature campaign, which is managed by a familiar manager from BitcoinTalk. In this case, he already knows all the features of the signature campaign and, therefore, usually with them fewer problems and controversial issues. If the generosity campaigns are managed by a member of the ICO team, most often he does not know this work and when joining the campaign and further in the process of work there are a lot of inconsistencies. I participated in campaigns with such managers, sometimes ICO ended well, sometimes not. I give preference to the prospects of the ICO project, and then I look at the manager.

I think it's safe to be safe, because I think ico members are more convincing than outside of ico, just personal experience because now many bounty managers are cheating

I think that there is nothing dangerous in this, perhaps some doubt it, because such managers may have little experience, but because the project saves its marketing costs, maybe even in the project team there are excellent specialists.

There is nothing wrong with the fact that the bounty is managed by one of the project managers, if he has an adequate understanding of what he should do as a bounty manager, then everything is fine.

I think that it's pretty OK since good manager always gets merit in the end of the campaign, that's the way of developing a new acc, I guess. If the project is decent, don't worry.

I think this is the best option for Bounty campaigns. It is evident that the team of professionals who wants to get a lot of things.

So far I have had a not too good experience with the bounties I have done outside bitcointalk and managed by the ico team themselves. I still prefer bounties supervised under a 3rd party bounty manager

I'm not sure about it but if bounty campaign has a good ICO project behind so whom is manager is not important. We just need to care about project behind bounty so if it's a good project so its bounty is also good as well. But sometime it's not the same like what I said for example, Envion is a good ICO project but it has a scam bounty campaign and until now, there are no participant received token for their works on Envion bounty campaign

Yes, it is safe if the project looks promising and legitimate, otherwise don't waste your time and effort, because there are a lot of ICO scams. The key is the project itself, not the bounty manager in my opinion, because most managers don't escrow the tokens, they just get paid to manage the campaigns, and the ICO team take care of the distribution after the ICO's end.

I think it's safe. In the beginning, I also crawled and thought that maybe it was a scam, etc. But later I saw that often these experienced bounty managers create an account for the company. I cant say why, but it's true.

I think yes but i rather go to a bounty that manage by other bounty manager. Because team ico managing bounty they only create a newbie if they will scam you
