Some times I usually think of the reason people are afraid of investing in cryptocurrency, despite the its value and durability, cryptocurrency is a standards investment that will always give the investor the chance of becoming a millionaire due to its appreciative nature, people fail to understand the fact behind cryptocurrency investment, most times the people trying to invest may not have a maximum knowledge of cryptocurrency.
For me the reason why people afraid to invest in crypto is they are afraid to loss coz they are lack of understanding about it ,they dont have any enough courage to try investing coz their fear of lossing is bigger than their faith especially if they always heard the negative news about crypto,that is why each of us must do research about cryptocurrency to find it out how important it is in our lives. |

I think that many simply do not understand this and on this they are afraid. Because it is a complex technological thing requiring experience. Many people simply do not know how to use a computer, not to mention such a complicated world as crypto-currencies
Experience is not only the requirement to invest in cryptocurrencies. The main point is to adapt the modernization on how they will invest their money into a legit and safe investment. People are just afraid because of spreading fake ads, fake news and fake sites o invest. I just made me remember all the dozen ICOs around that claims they are going to be the next bitcoin or eth and etc. I'm not mad if they have fear on investing on crypto because I've seen a lot of false claims of projects that just became a total disaster. |

Some people afraid to invest in cryptocurrency because of lack of information and also misinformation they saw in social media. This forum can give/help us inform about cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and project development.

Experience is not only the requirement to invest in cryptocurrencies. The main point is to adapt the modernization on how they will invest their money into a legit and safe investment. People are just afraid because of spreading fake ads, fake news and fake sites o invest. If they don't know the proper technology how can they how can they understand the technology behind the project because we are investing here without knowing the technology whether the on has ability to increase its price. Most of the people afraid because of technology. |

In my opinion, because they don't know if they earn profit or their money will lose, that they see the price sometimes its low or high. The other reason is don't trust on bitcoin, yet even if the price is not steady they will try to invest first so that they can realize that they should not be afraid to invest in cryptocurrency.
In other words they are uncertain about the future of their investment and are that is the reason they are afraid to invest in the crypto. In my opinion, this is the lack of technological knowledge and the lack of market information. This thing really keeps them isolated. Some people call the technology scam when the loose in the start. Some countries simply have banned it so there are a lot of reasons why are people afraid to invest in crypto. |

i think theyre afraid because they dont know what is it all about or they dont know how to invest.
In my opinion, people are afraid to invest in crypto because they do not have the guarantee that they will earn in the business. This is the disadvantage of crypto uncertainty. Also crypto like Bitcoin has been banned by some countries and considers it illegal to be use as a result of which people refrain from using the technology. Some people may also think of the technology as scam and keep their money in bank despite investing in crypto. |

As you say problem is in lack of knowledge, many people are heard about cryptocurrency and BTC, but they do not even know the basics. Also very high volatility of BTC makes it a highly-risky investment and just because of that fact people choose to invest in something else less risky. Another important factor is pretty unregulated situation regarding cryptocurrency in most of world countries, with a few exceptions in most countries a potential investor does not know if he can buy/sell or how much tax need to pay when it comes to cryptocurrency. Many people simply do not want to risk anything and always play safe, they will not invest in such asset at this time, but in the coming years the situation can change and more people will decide to invest in crypto. |

Because we don't know the future of cryptocurrency. Would it be good like 2017 when bitcoin price rising so high with only 2 months, or it would be bad, you know what is the bad thing. It's not like when you investing on gold. You know the future because gold price annually rising. So when talking Investment, gold is the best. But when talking trading, my opinion is cryptocurrency is the best
Yes, you are right, we are affraid, because of non stability of all prices and of sittuation in general, so we can not know for sure, will this market survive, or will it fall. Some people do not have the idea and knowledge about the crypto market and that is why they are unable to know about the benefits of crypto market and live with just a perception which has left by the Bitcoin long ago. Get out from the perception of feeling fear in the market as we are entered into the modern world and all we need is to handle our processes. |

People are always afraid of investments in all the crypto currancies as well this fear of missing the chance to be a millionaire in few months later which make the difference .. clearly it is confirmed that the crypto still a mysterious one which will never be a small knowledge it's infinitive .u should have faith and knowledge and patience and not all what matter are the money it's the idea and the project

Why you say the moey will disappear here it is decentralized so no one can control the prices so it all depends on the demand of that coin you were invested,but being regualted by the governments doesn't mean perfect to invest because they regulated such things because they can make money from it so understand the techology on crypto currency and then invest on it. |

It's very simple. People are afraid of risk and losing money. Actualy, I thik there are two categories, those who don't understand the risk at all and think thy can only win and the second are those who are to afraid to invest because they only see possible loss. Additionaly they don't feel protected or backend by any institution and thate frightens them.
For both is the cause ignorance and lack of good and trusted information so that is something that should be approved.

Some of them do not really love crypto or they are scared when investing in crypto is due to external factors that they do not really trust nor hope about bitcoin so make people afraid to invest

Knowledge, styles and techniques and willingness to accept new ideas is somewhat important than having an experience. Of course having an experience is useful in order to survive your trading but having a idea regarding what kind of investment they're joined at is more usable than everything. |

I think what makes one afraid to invest is because of the lack of information about cryptocurrency / bitcoin so they only invest in speculation and this is what makes investors lose.

There are a lot of reasons why. But I want to point out the volatility of the cryptocurrency itself. In my country, the Philippines, we were advised not to invest in cryptocurrency. "This will make your life miserable. Don't you try." Just like that. But, as a person with the right mind and having a control on myself, I tend to invest in crypto.
