It does not matter whatever the market situations may be because we have benefits in both main market situations, one is the low market and one is high market. It is cleared that high market is best and favorable for selling currencies to make profit but on the other hand low market has a benefit too which is helpful in increasing the quantity of profit in a high market too.

If we place huge money in low market then we will get large quantity of Bitcoins on low rate per coin because the price is low these days so we can make good collection.
