The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

even if ppl did dump some of there coins.. not everyone will get theyr coins on day one.. and each person is only guna get 31.8.. so it would at worst be a slow dribble into the market! the media attention it will get will far outway the sell off..
Excellent point.

not sure if big media will really do "sensation" news regarding Iceland crypto, dont forget they didnt pay attention to Iceland revolution, just beacuse it was contrary to the current bankers system. Big media really are evil and they are trying to conserve the current economic model.

I think they are going to have a hard time ignoring $50,000,000+ of a cryptocurrency being given away for free.

Wasn't a pump and dump.  Cryptorush.in has been down.  It came back up and people did an arbitrage.  Once things calm back down and people soak in the potential ramifications of this coin and how rare it is, I think we'll see some upward movement again.

85000*0.01 = 850 (850*BITCOIN = ~$500,000) This is the marketcap of the currently accessible coins. The rest of the 10.5m coins are supposedly going to be used as national currency. As the coins will be spread out nicely (~30 per inhabitant) this should also prevent any big dumps.
The current fiat system in Iceland is collapsing, so most of Iceland's population will probably hodl, and use it as a backup currency. I'd argue that the current price (0.01) relativly low. *Speculation out of control*

As Tyke pointed out: "Iceland's economy has GDP of about $13 billion."
So when the airdrop comes, the marketcap could obviously go to very unpredictable places.
