There are really a lot of altcoins and it's quite difficult to choose one or two are very good among hundreds of projects. We can all refer you every altcoin that is out there but the question is will you believe or do invest with that.
Look you need to go through what the project is. If it suits you then go for it.
It will be easier to support one altcoin if you love it. Not just because of money.
If we want change then let us make it go as valuable as we can that other people will be pulled by it also.

Yeah, probably too much. They are painting the crypto space bad rather good. Too many scam altcoins. I think this space really needs to be regulated as investments are wasted on some useless projects or scam projects.

Yup too many altcoins making investors to confuse where to invest. already 1000 plus altcoins are there in the market still new coins are entering the market in that 90% coins are useless, dead investment. So concentrating on top 20 coins in the CMC is best only high rate coins will list in top 20. Now we can't predict the future based on the project because many good projects are failed and scammed investors.

Its really a tough decision to make for every trader but one important factor to take account is to choose those coins that represent projects with unique purpose/concept that can be developed over time.

You have to do fundamental analysis.

When choosing a coin, ask questions like:

1. What is this coin doing?
2. Is the problem being solved by the coin valuable?
3. Does the coin have a good chance of being successful at solving that problem?
4. Is it worth buying the coin at the current price?

If you ask those 4 questions, you will more than likely be able to choose good coins. For example, I recently bought a coin called Morpheus Network that answers all 4 questions really well. Let me demonstrate for you:

1. Morpheus Network is creating a supply chain blockchain for the worldwide economy
2. Yes, the global supply chain industry is worth trillions of dollars
3. Yes, they already have a minimum viable product released, and they have integrated the APIs of some of the biggest logistics companies in the world already.
4. At 10M market cap, it is a great entry right now.

Or by mnitoring the ranking and equivalent value at coincap. In altcoin, the best to hold in a long term is ETH and Ripple those two leading the race of altcoin.
