Many ICO's coming everyday that introduced new coin. Almost thousand of coins traded in this crypto market but if you really want to invest from those coins and choose which one to select then go to coinmarketcap and select the choosen coins and then go to their website and search about that coin. Check how much that coin will be effective. So now if you feel that coin have potential future then invest and hold for profit.

Get info about team and whitepaper and choose some alts to invest or just to use. You don't need to invest to use steem for example. It's good to invest in something that you are using but it's not necessary.

are you sure if it is normal? the growth of altcoin is so rapid, and of course it has an unfavorable effect on the balance of crypto, especially in its selling value, I hope that someday there will be strict rules in issuing coins. to be more stable.
