As a bounty hunter, I want to you to understand that not all ICO will end up good in the market. You are just a bounty participant and a $250 is not bad. Refer your earnings from your expenses complying with that bounty. If you gained then you should be happy about that. Yes, it is much better if you waited for at least days before selling your tokens but there's no way you could predict the price. There's only 2 directions for the price, either up or down. 50-50 chances and it is a tough decision.

Waiting too much could make you lose opportunity so do not expect all ICO coins/tokens will be as good as your previous one. ICO could end up as a scam so do not build your hope so much. Be more realistic than being too optimistic.

Most of the tokens price will increase once it finishes ICO's but after listing in any exchanges bounty people will sell their tokens so the price will come down for a while again the price will increase. i had experience in UTT and IOST both went high and came down. So my suggestion is to sell your tokens and again if you want you can buy back when the price will drop.

Only a mistake with hindsight, it could of easily gone the other way. Personally I hold most of the bounty tokens I receive though as I only do ones that I think will perform well long term.

Not all ICO may guarantee a good return to each and everyone of us. Some fail to deliver the idea of a specific project and the result is so horrific. Either we got paid or not still good to try participating in bounties. I am also a bounty hunter and my experience was different and opposite. I hodl those tokens I got from the project but after a couple of days and months prices goes down continuosly and still no signs of going up. The highest value of those tokens are worth more or less $20,000 dollars way back January 2018 and when I sold all of it I only got $4,000 and that is what had happened to myexperience as a bounty hunter.

The problem is not all token as much as you think, maybe it's like 1:10 or 1:50 !
For me, I try not to rush sell them quick because when you achieve easy token, you need think twice before try to sell it.

maybe what you say is true, but not all coins like that I once had some coins for $ 3 but after I hold for some time the price is far below. it's always confusing and difficult to predict.

It's true that some ICO project can make a good market in the future, i agree with you with this. But for saying that every ICO project will prepare a good market in the future is a big no for me. Because there are lots of ICO projects that just came to cheat the participants of there campaign and scam some crypto investors and we all know that.

it's not possible to find out when it's more profitable to sell a token. We do not see the future, I have a lot of times, and I'm sure that everyone has it.
Just need to sell when you have a good price and forget.

  lesson learned mate, lol actually bounty token is for long term especially if the token value is cheap or it comes from fresh poject 'cause it takes a month before it gets value,  so next time just keep it on your eth wallet for long term instead investing your token in any investment ICO which is sometimes turn to scam after the distribution without knowing and sometimes wasting time because of small return.

If the business model looks prospective, personally I hold on to the coins for at least six months. It usually seems to be a safe general time period to see if an ICO goes big, or not.

Not all token can grow like that. Jut few of them. Even some token can drop in 1 month. But I agree with you that we must hold our token first before choose to sell our token.

I agreed with you, that is why I don’t sell my coins before the project has launch its product. To me, it is just waiting for a period of time and your returns will be much more than selling at the beginning.

Yes, many people do this and it is not a bad thing! A sale is a sale! For as long your sale afforded you profit!  If the profit is small or big is totally irrelevant, what is important is you are in profit and you sell when you deem it fit!
