And there are times that we are holding the token or coin for a long time because we thought that the price would continue to go up but ending up the other way.

I really hate myself why I am selling coins too early or too late. Yes I really don't know how to determine if it is a good coin to hold or not. Since we really don't know when it will be a good time to sell it, and yes we always say that if we wait until it rise up then sell it and we will gain more but it really depends on the need of the person. If you need some money for a cause then it might be a good idea to sell it early. But if you just want the token as a long term investment then don't sell token early.
