How the fuck did i only earn 70k coins on http://pool.karmacoin.info/ for the first hour of mining and ive been on hashstrike for 20 minutes and have 450k with a much higher difficulty poo.karmacoin better get their shit together and provide us with all our missed coins

Latency might have killed you there... if another worker gets their shares in faster they will get the funds

Well shit this is the reason ops who launch coins should have more than their own pool available to split the load.

...especially since hashstrike doesn't seem to have sent emails to anyone for now, even those who asked by PM...

our savior hashtrike (if it doesn't turn out as scam Grin )

Our goal is to have a solid set of mining pools for a number of different coins.  Being honest and up-front with all of our pools is MUCH better for our long term business than scamming anyone.  We participated in the Coinye launch and were one of the first pools to get on the chain (within the first 10 mins) and we pride ourselves on being able to get set up on new coins VERY fast.

Look for lots more from us in the future. Smiley  If you have any questions or concerns, you can find us on irc.freenode.net, channel #hashstrike.

-trigeek (John)

If only you were their for UTC launch , THAT cost me 4 hrs hash time

tho mostly because I was busy trying to work out what was wrong with the rentals and ran my Linux box's after I solved that issue ... ( should have done the other way around but was expecting more issues compiling jane into cgminer but it ended up being the only hassle free thing

really sux when people will not give out their admin password .. when its just a fresh Win OS install with trial version running WTF

any how .. I forgotten about windows HIDING known extensions .. so all my configs were still as .txt ..

plis helpme now what?
for mining solo Sad
plis

You can't use CGMiner version beyond 3.7.2 for mining with GPU. The one you have will not work for this coin. Use 3.7.2 off this page

http://ck.kolivas.org/apps/cgminer/3.7/

My friend i donwload this cgminer-3.7.2.tar.bz2 but ... and now what? ty Smiley

first of all while you're trying to fix your cgminer

go to you wallet and hit help --debug window---consule

on the consule type      setgenerate true

so you will be mining a liltte bit whiles fixing your problems. it will mine much slowere but anything helps

then when you fix your problem go back to  help --debug window---consule and type setgenerate false

With the current difficulty being 0.186 it'd be quite difficult to get a block soloing on a CPU.... at this point I highly recommend switching over to one of the newly-available pools

you have mis understood me. i instructed him to run the wallet solo mining via CPU whiles he figures out how to run GPU. his cgminer is new code and doesn't  support scrypt. so he is wasting time. he should as least run the wallet solomine whiles he figures this out.

@Karmagood , I'm afraid you'll have to consider soon another relaunch since 95% of coins go to hashtrike...
which appears to have sent ZERO email to allow payout accounts, even after asking that info by PM.

the thing with second pool is that in only calculates 10,000 coins a block and not bonuses. but if you click "rounds" you can see people getting paid in thousands

I'm in the same boat.  PMed and waiting on email.

Charlie Kelly: I'm pleading the 5th.  The Attorney: I would advise you do that.  Charlie Kelly: I'll take that advice under cooperation, alright? Now, let's say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor?  The Attorney: You know, I don't think I'm going to do anything close to that and I can clearly see you know nothing about the law.
