Ajax (mentioned above) appear very similar, but then they are different in that the model is for profit so their academy products are playing for a transfer, not the badge. I think Klopp has made a really good choice from his point of view. Who in their right mind would voluntary sit on the bench of one of PL greats this days for longer period of time? If you win everything they will celebrate you for a month, after that everything you do will not be as good as that season and you can only get dragged trough the mud.

It's surprising that, with four draws in a row and a defeat in their last game, Liverpool are still in the top four (at least before the final games of this round). And that Slot is still there. It's a real mystery to me. They have two home games coming up against Newcastle and City. What's the minimum points they need to earn to avoid Slot being sacked? It looks like 4. He said he's tired and can't commit with 100% anymore. That he felt it a little at the beginning of his last season, and then more and more as it went on.
It's a fair argument, the Red Bull job is fully vague as you said - so nobody knows what he needs to do.

I have a feeling that we won't see him managing a club again, a 10-year spell of a Germany manager would probably be what he wants closer to retirement.

Yeah. In the EPL, Manchester United is the only team that has not lost in last five games. Only few users in this pool predicted Manchester United to win against Arsenal, I think only six users picked them.
As for Aston Villa, they are reason my prediction this last two matchday not looking good. I did not choose them to win on this matchday, but they are also reason why I am still in top 10 of leaderboard. I expected Newcastle to win since they were playing at home.. Didn't expect the 0-2 AV.

M. Carrick was the next Alex Ferguson, and he sat there for years, watching them burn. They can't be stupid enough not to grant him a permanent position this time. Beating Manchester City and Arsenal in his first two games is classic Aura.

2 weeks that are actually a tough consideration because it can be said that the 2 clubs played are like the final boss for the EPL but Manchester United was able to beat them and that is clearly insane.

Carrick was completely out of control and I think even though I initially thought that Amorim's sacking was a gamble but Manchester United's decision with Carrick as the successor really silenced me.

This is obviously a very good thing for Manchester United and hopefully their positive trend like this continues to last because seeing from what is happening now their momentum is back and this is what the supporters expect.
Another test for Carrick will be how to cope when they face a club below them and Fulham (despite their excellent form this season) are still inferior to Manchester United so it's a good opportunity to see if his scheme will work or not.

The 3 goals are goals we should not be letting in after making a thing of not allowing players spaces in our final third but we afforded United too much of that yesterday.

Sucks to lose at home and let in 3 goals while at it. Looking ahead, there are very tough next ten games after the UCL game mid week. We need to go on a run of wins now.

I still don't understand why Merimo isn't starting games anymore - he literally scored more points for the team this season while other attackers were struggling/injured, he's the most dangerous attacker in your team for me. Came on yesterday, equalized immediately and almost saved the team again.

I saw your attackers stats and they're very poor for a team currently at the top of the league. The " near success syndrome" is beginning to kick in?
