what`s the meaning of KGW Huh

Kimoto's Gravity Well. It's a recently developed way of making sure the difficulty level of a coin can't be easily manipulated by one big miner (like a multipool operation). Coins can get killed off if a multipool comes in and mines at a low diff then leaves when it shoots up, making mining for everyone else unprofitable and unworthwhile. The KGW basically readjusts after every found block as far as I am aware.

I believe it works like that. I'm no coin developer. I think the difference between a KGW and traditional 1-block retargetting is that the KGW uses nice algorithms to make the diff change smoother and not as reactionary. Don't quote me. Either way, it's seemingly a proven way of keeping an altcoin good for miners and sustainability in general.

I think that the wallets are broken because of the hard fork.  At least mine's not working.

All the info posted above here is true, we're working on the new forkheight decision right now. KGW adjusts on every block. The wallets are not broken. This will require a wallet update once it launches but pools will be getting the update first to ensure proper network propagation.

Expect an announcement and new QT-wallets this weekend or sooner, we will have an announcement for pool owners who we may not know about as soon as the final code is pushed to github and promoted to master.

You might try this. I posted it after my wallet was being a freak this morning: http://www.reddit.com/r/kittehcoin/comments/1xmqvw/if_your_kittehcoin_wallet_wont_sync_try_this/

Dumping from the current network abusers, I suppose - multipool miners? Before the KGW kicks in, I guess?
On the other note - I DL latest wallet from this thread and the pot smoking cat comes back??
Is this how it should be? Where do I find this latest wallet?

EDIT: I think I got it; SOMEONE UPDATE THE OP PLS?
It's hell of confusing this way, few different wallets in circulation Sad

I have rather difficult time to make sense of this kind of english, so it's hard for me to tell is the guy positive or negative.
But, defo - update the wallet in OP and all related places, wouldn't hurt to extend OP with extra info about latest fork too, to avoid people getting very confused.

The ONLY official wallet is on the official website. That will never change. http://kittehcoin.info
