In the larger scheme, even if it falls back temporarily to the 30's or 40's, it is still a worthwhile store of value medium and long term to buy at this "pump" price.  If someone is shitting themselves at the drop of a hat then don't buy, but if someone has a deeper outlook there is nothing to worry about.  If it falls just hold.

Yes, people find coins that cost very little to move. Kitteh was like 1 BTC to move it up 20%, the pump and dumper saw that and manipulated it with his 50 BTC that he got from selling Doge. What we are seeing now is panic buying, people drool all over themselves at the thought of a pump, no matter how it started. Anyways, here comes the dump, hope you guys took advantage of this pump and sold off your coins.

I sell half of my coins at a good price like 54. I don't know what will happen next, if it will go up a lot more, I will sell the rest. If it will go down a lot, I will buy back. Profit either way.

Maybe if that is just a bomb dump, but that's not important, the important thing is the community that's behind the coin and when the pumper MEOW will go on without him. I've seen INFINITECOIN in QRK in DOGE and many more.
The only way to win in cryptography is to learn a lot and have cold blood. The road will not be easy (it never is), it was not for BTC and more recently with DOGE, I remember that I bought the Doges at 40 and went down to 28 (that sucks ...) and went shopping at 28, I have sold recently half of 200, 240 and 270, the rest do not trade. It takes patience, if you pretend to buy now and sell within 1 hour, most of the time you lose touch.
