So ones again we have been scammed by another ICO known as Uchit. Now people have started raining insults and curses on the bounty manager that he has led them to be scammed. Despite the numerous apologies from the manager, bounty hunters do not seem to understand. Now my question is, do you think bounty hunters must be blamed when we are scammed because they knew what the ICO was up to, even from the beginning?

50/50, In my opinion,  Bounty Manager has not really review the project that is why ended into a Scam. If the BM set a procedures before accepting an ICO then he will determined  which is a Scam.  But you can't blame the BM at all time, if you blame the BM then blame yourself also because you are part of the project and you are one of the Participant  who is promoting a Scam project in one word your an accessories in that Scam project. You have to do your part also as a bounty hunter.  You must practice also how to determine  a potential ICO. Don't  put the blame to anyone, just move on.

No, because the one who has a big role in the ICO election is, yourself. Managers only facilitate, and they may also conspire with a scam. So you need to be more careful in choosing ICO and also tighten in the investigation of the ICO list you want to follow.

It depends on the situation because if the manager do his or her job and the result is worthless
I think we should accept that but if he or she make a fraud resulting to that outcome therefore she is blamed for that.

This is what I have noticed with many of the bounties here:

1. Even after the official end date of the bounty, the bounty manager doesn't confirm whether the signatures can be removed or the FB/Twitter posts can be stopped. And in some cases, the bounty manager announces that the bounty is still on after not communicating for 1 month after the official end date (see Selfllery bounty).

2. Spreadsheets are not updated on time with stake calculation

3. Duplicate records are not removed.

4. Final stake calculation not done on time.

5. Tokens are not distributed on time.

The failure of the bounty not the fault of the bounty manager because they also could not predict the success of a bounty but that failure can be minimized with our follow the project on hold bounty manager who's have good experienced but that does not mean the project will always succeed 100% because in the world of crypto nothing is impossible.

I think it's our problem not from the manager or even his followers. in this case do not blame each other with a lot of negative news for ICO which is indeed a lot of fraud, we should avoid it but various ways have been done and indeed this could destroy the image of crypto itself, investors will increasingly not believe then than that know the problem since the beginning then we can argue well too.

No , We should not blame on bounty for any scam project .The manager have no knowledge about the scam project.Just think if investor have no idea a project is a scam project who invest his money after deep research how manager knows it. The manager just do his duty.

There are those bounty managers that already got the neg for accepting scam project. Browse the forum a little more and you will know who they are. They got to be blame partly, they should have done a little research because they are here in the forum for a long time and they can sense if that project is scam or not.

No we can't blame bounty managers because like us they don't know also if the project is a scam so we must be responsible in selecting what signature campaigns we want to join in.

really we can not blame the manager bounty because he's trying his best to succeed the bounty program in the kelolanya it's just that he also can not predict that the project failed or scam as well when we as bouty hunter want to participate in bounty program

We cannot blame the bounty manager because most of them cant be awared of the plan of the developer scamming people. At the same some will be blamed for not checking and investigate the company very well.

For me bounty managers should not be blamed if the project is scam.Managers don't want scam also because if they manage a scam project they don't receive their payments too.No one like to exert all efforts and get nothing in the end.

It's not my intention to defend myself. As a person who focuses on bounty, I am very disappointed if such things happen. And for me, conditions like this can not be blamed bounty hunters even though the manager has apologized. Because between the manager with bounty hunters are both aiming for profit.

If a bounty manager is doing his job with responsibility like keep updating bounty thread/tg group with latest news concerning bounty, calculate stakes accurately and most importantly take note of complaints and answer them politely then it's not always their fault if ICO turned out to be a scam.

Partly yes especially if you are a well known bounty manager and people or bounty hunters have a trust on you for a long time.fpr having a reputable name as a bounty manager because in the first place it is your obligation to know the project whether it is good or scam as you will be the one to be blamed by bounty hunters when it will turned out to be a scam. But I also understand that bounty hunters also should do their part to check thw ICO project before joining. For as long as tne bounty manager is not involved in the plan of scamming people and also he is innocent and didn't recieve also a single penny from thay project he is promoting then I think bounty manager deserves to be forgiven.

Bounty manager can be blamed at times because they dont do proper research about the project before they accept the bounty job.

Bounty managers take care of their reputation a lot. Actually, their reputation is what they sell, so I assure you, that a manager does all the possible research before he starts his work on a project.

In my own opinion, both developers and bounty managers can be blamed, there are several managers who are not giving the correct amount of rewards and there are also developers who are scammers just from the start of the campaign.

My opinion is if the manager does not cope with his work. Bounty - the company to develop, and thus should develop a manager. Therefore, here it is necessary to look at the quality of work and the relevance of this work.
