It is really hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.  After completing all the requirements to be able to get accepted in a bounty campaign, spending much time to participate in forums and not to mention carrying their banners, completing all the tasks and reports then all of a sudden you will just find out that you have been scammed already.  luckily I am not the only one but to think all participants did the same efforts as well as you did.  But it is really happening, lesson learned and could be just charge it to experience and move on.  If we could only find out at early stage if we were in to scam or a legit bounty campaign.  Who would really know anyway?
It is so hard for us to detect that the bounty which we are going to participate is a scam. And yes who knows that the bounty we are going to participate is a scam?

Yes, that is very difficult, because the things are going well, and there is no intention of fraud, but sometimes circumstances happen such as not collecting any money, therefore will not pay .

Part of the risk actually where all of our works would come to waste because the project we are promoting turns out to be a scam. You are not the only one but on most bounty hunters do definitely experience this matter on where you havent being paid up on the effort you made. Detecting on early phase? Yes you can but would really be hard and not an easy thing to do. Why? scam projects are becoming more realistic where detecting on earlier phase seems to impossible and why most bounty hunters do fooled out.

That is the price you have to pay if you want to participate in bounty campaigns, most of them seems to be serious since I do not see many complains against bounties in the forum but it still happens from time to time and you must be careful, the truth is that scammers are very good at covering their tracks and each passing day it is becoming harder to tell the difference between a scam ico and a legitimate ico.

Yes that totally hard to avoid scammed bounty campaign,  even if you took for the whitepaper and the style of website, scammed projects are prepared for this, meaning there is no difference among scam and legit project,  so it is really hard to avoid them,  the only chance that you can avoid them is to head on the chat and tell all you want it to know all about the project, took for the ceo and if theres something that they cannot answer or showing a suspicious attitude from the team, leave that project, 75% its soon to be scam.

What the most you really need to watch is your self, your ego and your greedy. If some project offer you a instant success, instant money without any explanation about what they do, just trow it at the bin.

I think we need to take sometime in reading the whitepaper of a project before we get into it. Its really hard to detect a bounty campaign because they all look good.

Nowadays its a bit hard to know if the project is genuine or not, just recently I joined in a fb campaign and after few months of effort it turn out the project is scam. I feel sorry to those who invest because of their good promises plus our effort and good words to advertise their project that lead to investors to buy their tokens. Hence before joining its better to research every details of the project and its a big factor if the manager who handle their campaign is a reputed one here.

Who would really know anyway?
Actually, no one. Not one single person will be able to detect whether a project is a scam or not. We can only assume, but not detect. It is unfortunate that this happened to you. But this is one of the risks we have to take if we wanna earn here. You are correct, you just need to charge this to experience and move forward.

One thing I wanna clear out though, not all projects that didn't pay are scams. When the project team or manager runs off with our money, that's a scam. But if a project failed to reach it's soft cap and was unable to continue, not a scam. It's just a failed project. It would be unfair for these projects to be tagged as scams if they actually had a legit purpose.

Sometimes we do really think up those kind of situations where we do blame ourselves to be part of that scam project where it do leads out for its investors to be scammed. We are the ones who do promote them which means because of us they intend to invest but as a bounty hunter this thing is inevitable we are hoping on getting paid out and we are just doing for the sake on earning to so its part of the job and non on personal matters. Detecting is hard is you dont made a proper research on a project.

It’s very easy to detect scam bounty with a little common sense. Follow the rule that is found the n the definition of “con-artist”. The is based on the “con” standing for “confidence”; scam Bounty will try to appeal to u in ways that secure your confidence; for example, big Bounty payout

It seems to me that it's quite easy to identify such a bounty company or Ico, but it's getting harder to recognize a bad project.

I don't think any person can be 100% correct in dictating good and bad bounties but with careful analysis one can minimize the rate at which He gets into the trap of fake bounties

Yes it is very hard. If token suite that I call almighty bounty team could get engage in a campaign that turned out to be scam in the name of Hashcard, I believe anyone cannot tell me it is not hard. One just has to be extremely careful when it comes to bounty hunting and ICO investments.

It's not just hard sometimes it's even impossible. Scammers do projects of high quality and have been preparing their fraud for at least 6 months to make their fake look true to life. That's why they collect much money! It's horrible for people who invest their savings in such projects.

It is actually very difficult to detect scam projects these days because the scammers are now professionals. Not even the experienced investors are able to detect people with scam intentions. They make everything so real that you are almost willing to put your everything into it.

To choose a bounty compaign, I advise you to look at the status of the manager on this forum. The higher the status, the more reliable. And see the ICO rating on sites such as ICOBench and others.

I agree with you. Very often, it would seem, popular projects, they collect a lot of money, they have a lot of bounty participants, I think that it will make a profit, but, alas, the price goes down. Conversely, it would seem that at first glance the not-so-crazy pro-ket gives a very large growth. It's like a lottery, I think
