It is hard to know if you are on the scam project.
Most of scam are with SCAM ICO but there is 1 situation where the ICO a successful one.

They are now listed on LBANK and COINSUPER...
IDA CHAIN is ONE SUCCESSFUL ICO base in CHINA.
But after the success they left the bounty participants unpaid and nothing to hear from them after ICO.

It is really hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.  After completing all the requirements to be able to get accepted in a bounty campaign, spending much time to participate in forums and not to mention carrying their banners, completing all the tasks and reports then all of a sudden you will just find out that you have been scammed already.  luckily I am not the only one but to think all participants did the same efforts as well as you did.  But it is really happening, lesson learned and could be just charge it to experience and move on.  If we could only find out at early stage if we were in to scam or a legit bounty campaign.  Who would really know anyway?
The truth is, it is very easy ti get scammed by participating in a scam bounty campaign but if bounty hunters take out their time to do extensive research before participating then life would have been very easy. Most bounty hunters just decide to for the reward of what they are expecting during the campaign or at the end of the campaign this is not right and it seems not to be helping the community anymore. For a comprehensive guide on how to accept such check this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5031657.msg45856516#msg45856516

Unfortunately, it is usually really difficult to detect a scam Bounty campaign. As for me, I analyze the project itself before participation in their promotion, this helps to skip many suspicious projects.

It is a pity, but even successful projects with which you go to the end may not fire somewhere. This is a market, and not always as planned everything happens, just to believe and hope.

It's not too easy to spot scam projects but one can always carry out an extensive research to ascertain which project is legit and which is fake. Although sometimes it's almost impossible but there's always a flaw somewhere forgotten by the team. It's quiet painful to work for 3 or 4 months without being paid.

if we analize project in detail , i think we will found the flaw of their projects.maybe in their whitepaper , team picture, reddit, github , or even in their smartcontract.always check it one by one to found it.

Scam projects nowadays are tricky that they look so real ,if care is not taking anyone will fall for it ,I'm not talking about cheap scam projects like wavex and ethereum classic vision, I'm talking about the ones like desico etc ,it is becoming harder to detect scam projects now,I'm still hoping a new solution comes up to tackle this scammers

It's getting harder and harder right now to detect scammy projects, so I am hoping that I can get better at it so that I can actually get some jobs that pay and we earn some real money in 2019. Ideally, it would be even better that we got paid in eth, btc or a stablecoin for our work, that way we are really given real money and if we want to support the project we can buy some of their tokens. Or at least part paid in eth, btc or a stablecoin and partly in their token. Also, the eth could be escrowed as it come sin while they are performing the ICO, so even if they scammed after, we would all be paid anyway and not be conned into doing so much work for nothing. I think we should all campaign for this.

of course it's hard to know whether the ico scam project or not at the beginning they appear, but at least we can avoid everything by first exploring the team and dev experience in managing the previous project and so on. In addition, we must always be vigilant because without us realizing that the actual scamer is around us.

A lot of people join the bounty scam then they want an organization to get back to them fairly. It is absolutely impossible, bounty is like a lucky game when you join, so be sure to learn before joining.

I don't think anyone knows about a scam project, because there are so many projects that look good but they are scams. therefore, a scam project is a risk for bounty hunters and is very difficult to avoid.
when compared to past years, there are currently more projects that are scam, but there are still many good projects although it is very difficult to find them.

No that its difficulty, let me use the word confusing. There are now many bounty campaigns and people seem to be confused on which is legit. Its better to cool down, check from bounty manager to project, then reward to ascertain how good the bounty is.

Scammers are seriously changing forms.
This is why as investors or bounty participants, we should also ensure we are keeping ourselves and knowledge up till date. Else we will not be able to detect some of them.
In fact, it looks harder these days.

Most of the time an ICO project that held bounty campaign is a newcomer, they have no rating and their team are not that popular either. it will be a struggle for people who want to finds out the truth behind a project.
however there's a good ICO that involves popular people aswell. Even though that doesn't necessarily guarantee the legitimacy of an ICO but atleast that will increase the safety since that popular person will also bet with their popularity aswell.

You can see, market is so vulnerable to those scam projects that is implemented day by day. They look like legit also in some ways that it is very hard to know whether they are real or not. But the thing I've noticed is, if the project's team is anonymous, then you can smell something out there. Be cautious.

but we can start with some details. 1. whether the qualifications and work experience of the search project team members are fraudulent. 2. how many years have the domain name of the project been registered? 3. What is the security of the project's website?

I think there should be some hard rule to start a bounty campaign. A bounty manager must be qualified to run a bounty campaign. There must be some rules and regulations.!

You can detect the scammer bounty campaign by doing some research. You can find it by looking team members profile, as well you can find it out by reading the white paper.
