The problem with this is that, if you plan to invest too using your bitcoin your bitcoin too has lesser value because like you said everything is in bear market. Unless you see it coming and that you move your btc to tether before the bear market. If your btc has lesser value then you had lesser tokens to hold too. Its best to move your money to USD before the market dips.

luckily i not invested all my monet in crypto, a big part of my asset is on property. even it need capital that can called "a lot" it is safer than only rely on market volatily. it have more risk and i not want to do that

Investing part of your money in cryptos currency is still a good idea, specially in the blurry market now, it can be a good risk to take.

Investing in ICOs is very risky, however if you know what you are doing then you can earn a lot of money by doing that. Its actually called flipping ICOs. You do your own due diligence and try to find the best ICOs (that you feel like work for you) and invest in them. As soon as they hit the market, their prices will pump and you can sell them at a very high price, which will result in a net profit for you. This is what we call ICO investing ( or ICO flipping) Also you can trade tokens/coins. During a bear market you can buy tokens, hold them and when during a bull market you can sell those coins/tokens for a nice profit!
