The problem with this is that, if you plan to invest too using your bitcoin your bitcoin too has lesser value because like you said everything is in bear market. Unless you see it coming and that you move your btc to tether before the bear market. If your btc has lesser value then you had lesser tokens to hold too. You do your own due diligence and try to find the best ICOs (that you feel like work for you) and invest in them.
