I think it's more the lack of sell orders. Sell orders have been looking very thin above 20 for a while. Only a couple of btc each.

No. Your coins have to be 20 days old is all.

Is the coin age reset by incoming or outgoing transactions from wallet?

The age will reset on Just the coins which are moved.

So how does the wallet prioritize coins to send when I make a withdrawal/send coins? For example, I have over 1,000 small transaction INTO my wallet from mining Mintcoins. If I were to send, say 1,000 coins to a friend, which coins will be moved? My preference would be the youngest aged coins, obviously, so the old farts can keep Minting.
