Because when things go up, they usually fall down. Sure it'll come back up again, but it'll also go down again. Who knows maybe it will peak at 2 or 3 million.

Vertcoin went all the way up to 9 million and went down to like 2-3 million. Currently it's resting at 4 million.

The top news bar has your answer:

*Status Update. Last night we had a corrupt blkindex file, after upgrading to the latest 1.3 wallet, and to prevent issues with a fork it was advised to create a new server. Please be aware you have old coins that are ready to be cashed out at the old server http://107.170.26.18/

You can learn a lot about technical analysis on that site etc. etc. for FREE Smiley

I don't think alt coins always follow trading rules as well as BTC , LTC (main coins) do but that's just my opinion. Of course on a big rise though people will usually always take profits (correction)

No, when I checked my coins in the old server, I saw a transaction to my address, but I did not receive it. What was wrong with hashrapid? Please, pool owner, kindly show some responsibility. I sent two emails via contact form already.

CharityMiningPools.com - Mining for Change!

All Donations collected for the month of February will goto the BitGive Foundation.
http://bitgivefoundation.org/

https://mint.charityminingpools.com

STRATUM, VARDIFF, Datacenter Redundant Server Farm, Load Balanced Servers, Frequent Backups
0.5% Mandatory Donation fee to a Good Cause

Who Are We?
CharityMiningPools was created to allow miners the ability to mine coins while still knowing that their hashing power is going towards something good.  Our goal is to provide a positive and reliable service while delivering a small portion of the proceeds to a deserving recipient.  Plans are in the works to allow individual miners to choose where they would like to donate to based on a pool of available recipients.

How Does This Work?
All coins minded at CharityMiningPools will require a mandatory 0.5% Donation fee.  This donation fee will be collected and donated to the designated charitable recipient for that given month.  Though we only require a minimum 0.5% Donation fee, we welcome and encourage our miners to raise the stakes and donate more to a good cause.

Its very normal the price keeps rising, most other coins 'actions' on exchanges cannot be compared with Mintcoin. Other coins rise when the halve, Mintcoin halves every week. And Mintcoin has a much bigger buy side then the sell one, first time ive seen that.

Why not?  How many coins make you more coins without even mining, plus have a great dev, and great name?

me, too. I had an automatic payment from their old server (http://107.170.26.18/), but never received that amount. I also emailed them twice but received no response from them. What a pool!
Same happened with me. The gays from hashrapid stealing mints from miners. I miss almost 40k. Be warned!!!
