Depending on in which project do you invest your money into. There are some great projects on the market but the majority will not even collect a soft cap and if you are lucky you will get a refund, but nothing more.

Am sure the numerous scam incidents during ICOs is the major drawback in the ICO investment. Only few of them get listed higher than the ICO price. Majority of them struggle to even get listed at its ICO price. But if the coin has a real world usage, then the token price is likely to shoot up

Those who buy after the ICO tend to gain more profit than we the early adopters. Now am confused whether i should continue with ICO investments or stop. Guys what do you think
Yes of course, it still worth to invest in ICOs especially for a long term investment. But let me still warn that there are so much risks involved in doing this due to scammers that have flooded the whole space. |

Only a few ICO's have been successful even after the token sale is ended due to the bad market condition the value of their coin decrease once it hits exchanges because there are no buyers. I will advise that you just wait for at least 3 to 5 months to give time for the team to develop their platform and gain more big partnership that may lead to the price growth of their coin.

Many good altcoin has been listed in coinmarketcap even lower than its ICO, so why should we invest in new projects. From my point of view, it still profitable to investing on ICO. But due this bear market, everything seems not to profitable, even mining coin is not good in the bear market. Lets wait until the market goes green and we can start to investing our money in ICO. |

For me, it is now not worth it to participate in icos. I keep losing and that's why I stopped patronizing icos. There are still a lot of investments in the market that I can try in order to make high returns. |

I would say no. Back when you posted in July and even more so now.
The #1 thing stopping ICOs from being lucrative is trading volume.
It's just too low.
When even the major coins have very little movement, new ones will just end up with no value because there is no demand.
The vast majority of ICOs last year and this year have seen their coins crash.
Almost all of them going below ICO levels.
On top of that, with no volume, no hype is generated and these ICOs just fade into obscurity.
If you come accross an ICO that you honestly believe looks promising and want to support it.
Then the best thing to do is to wait until it is listed.
Well, in some cases it doesn't even get listed but you can typically find them on dexs like IDEX, or forkdelta.
You will get a far bigger discount that way then during the ICO.
