Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

If you have a new wallet (Version 1.0) then you can receive from old wallets fine.

OK it seems you guys had TrollCoin cloned from an old old version of Litecoin. I need to do further edits. I will re-release this update as Version 1.2 once done to not cause confusion. Sorry for the muck about but your previous owner/dev left no information and I am simply scouring code.
